Wonderful practice and even better staff!

Dr Fasanello and his staff are incredible!!! I would like to give a shout out to Christian whom has gone above and beyond and really helps you understand and explain each process. Thank you!!

He’s a great Dr. Wish there were later hrs …. Hate to leave the practice… And I wish I didn’t have to wait 10-20 mins for the emergency line to pick up…. UPDATE: Dr. Fasanello, had Christian reach out to me. He (Chris) sat on the phone with until we got an appt for my husband. NOT LEAVING !!!! Any office who will sit and work with you hands down shows how much the care about the patient… not about ins. Thank you Dr. F. And Christian!!!!! You guys really did, and do go above and beyond

Dr. Fasanello was the nicest most through doctor I've ever met. I brought my sister to see him and the attention and care was EXCELLENT!

He is the MD you want! Dr Fasanello uses a from-your-head-to-you-toes approach which is the best way. He is a very smart, intelligent, and thorough doctor. A doctor who is always willing to explain various things to you that you don't understand.

Dr. Fasanello is an outstanding PCP! My husband and I both came to the practice have several chronic health issues & Dr. F. was right on top of managing them. When we got COVID in 4/22, he worked hand in hand with my pulmonogist near daily to get me through, as I only have one and a half lungs, filled with pneumonia at the time. He listens very well, explains things very well, is an absolute pleasure to partner with for primary care!

I am glad to know that my family and I have such great people in our corner. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating! I always feel so good after leaving there because they listen to you with empathy and kindness.

I went for a new patient, initial visit to Dr. Fasanello. During the visit questions were asked of me, presumably, to be in the doctor's file as part of my medical history. When I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance, I realized he had submitted the claim as an annual preventive visit. I had already had the annual with an other doctor and informed Dr. Fasanello of that fact with a copy of the lab report. He did not get my consent nor did I have any knowledge that the claim would be submitted as an annual. Insurance denied the claim and I was billed several hundred dollars directly. After 4 mos., after filing a complaint with the billing dept., nothing has changed. He should be doing the right thing and resubmitting the claim as a routine visit, with no charges beyond the usual copay.

Dr. Fasanello’s office and staff are the best most caring clinicians I have ever dealt with. From day one of me moving to the area they have been vested in helping me and my health holistically.

Great doctor! Made me feel extremely welcomed, told me to call any time i needed anything. Immediately addressed all my existing concerns that had been neglected by my previous doctor. So glad I switched!

Be aware! He has no time for his patient. He rushed too much during my last visit, and his office is another terrible place to work with. They always try to set up an appointment with PA and none of the PAs are really knowledgeable. Go somewhere and find a better PCP. edit: I already changed my PCP and decided not to go here again. I need someone who really care for his patient, not just rushing too much to leave the room. I hate to deal with PA and this doctors office mostly run by PAs. Be aware! I had a wonderful first appointment! I feel content that I am in good hands. The entire staff was pleasant and comforting.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Fassanello’s office. Amazing practice, always available when I need something. Always on time for appointments and I never have to wait long when I get there. Extremely helpful nurses and receptionists.

Everything about this practice is excellent. The nurses and PAs are fabulous and accessible and the Doctor himself is positive, thorough, kind and really cares about one's well-being. Love his Nurse, Christian. They respond to patient inquiries through the portal very quickly. So glad to be there!

There are no words to express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Fasanello and his practice! I have been a patient for about a year and a half and every time I visit his office, I am always so pleased. In general, the entire practice does an incredible job of balancing professionalism and personal connection with their patients. Specifically, I am appreciative of the efficient and accommodating nature of the front office staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable and will work with you to coordinate appointment times, answer insurance questions, and facilitate testing and referrals. Just had bad experience booking today as supposed to be a new patient. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke to was not even polite to begin with & her voice of tone is not even pleasant. Dr Fasanello was very personable and I left his office with a plan and better understanding of what was going on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The people there are a great group. They also make sure that I receive accommodations so that I will not miss any information. I would recommend him for someone who is seeking a primary doctor.

Dr Fasenello is the best! He is just so caring to his patients, takes his time with them, listen well and just an absolute gem of a physician to be around. He’s a TOM BRADY of the family medicine world.

Incredibly personable and professional, Dr. Fasanello presents himself as a very knowledgeable medical guide who works with his patients to build a team for care that works for the person. Dr. Fasanello is one of the very few physicians that actually takes the time to talk to his patient and really see what is going on. He listens and works together with the patient to make a game plan for the future. I just cannot say enough good about him!

Staff was very unfriendly, acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Was diagnosed with copd by the dr so every time I went and we discussed it, it changed from a routine appointment and my insurance wouldn’t cover it because they changed it from routine. Billing was a big problem, didn’t send a bill for so long that it got sent to collections, paid the bill and they still kept sending it to collections, had to go through a lot to get it taken off my credit report. I had some issues with the office staff which caused some undue stress and created some problems with my employer. Dr. Fasanello apologized for the incompetence of his staff and went out of his way to ensure my issue was rectified. He traveled to my employers location in order to hand forms to the HR person directly. He reassured me that the situation would be resolved and if I had any further issues that needed attention I should ask for him specifically. He contacted me via his personal number and was willing to inconvenience himself to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience seeing him as a new patient. I’m thrilled that his efforts were not in vain and my objective was accomplished. He is a selfless person who truly cares about his patients.
