It wasn’t clear to me if I’d be getting a call or if I had to call in. The appointment started almost 30 minutes late and the connection was not good Once connected Dr Ferriter was very helpful

My carpal tunnel procedure with Dr Olson went exactly as he had explained to me. Quick and easy with no pain. I will have him do my other hand as well.

My visit went as expected. I am not a fan of blood draws; however, the young lady that did the procedure was excellent! Dr. Ferriter is direct and to the point...it is my opinion that this is a wonderful approach! Although he may not have liked my answers to his questions, he did appreciate my honesty and was/is willing to listen and offer options.

My doctor is Amazing. One of the very best that IHC has. The MA was Thoughtful and explained everything before she did it.

Dr. Ferriter is simply the best. I have been seeing him for the better part of 25 years. He has helped me manage my health and has done an excellent job. Takes his time and is very thorough. He really cares about his patients.

I chose him to be my new primary provider based on a recommendation. I had my first eval visit. He seemed to know his stuff, but he referred me to other providers on his 'team,' who turned out to be non-par on my health plan. Dr. Ferriter was participating. At my follow-up visit, I waited in the office and then the individual patient room for an hour and half. He never showed up. His nurse disappeared. No one in the office knew anything. I had to leave. I never heard from them. No apology. 0.

I have always found Dr. Ferriter to be very open and honest with his medical advice and recommendations, I highly trust his judgement as my primary care Dr.!
