The Doctors at the practice are great. We have seen several of them since our kids were infants and now almost adults. Dr. Hsu is the best. The front desk though can use a whole lot of refining. They are rude and obnoxious and quite full of themselves. Those traits don't go over well in a health care setting.

Dr. Hsu is wonderful. Our kids have been seeing him for over 10 years. An interesting story about how we learned about Dr. Hsu: I toured THH Pediatrics when 8 months pregnant. Upon leaving, our car wouldn’t start and it was a sweltering hot summer day. We sat waiting for roadside assistance to come. Meanwhile it was the end of a workday for those in the medical buildings. People walked by on their way to their own cars and noticed a very pregnant woman and her husband trying to get their car to start. They made kind comments on the way to their car, but only one person walked by and actually tried to help jump our car. We didn’t ask. He just offered. That was Dr. Hsu. He was kind, compassionate and really wanted to help even though he was on his way home after work. And we didn’t even meet him during the tour. Once we found out he worked at THH pediatrics, we knew he was the right doctor for our children. We highly recommend him. Great person, great doctor. Dr. Hsu is wonderful. Best best best doctor ever

Dr. Hsu has been our physician for 20 years. He is very thorough and has a wonderful demeanor with my children. I never feel like I am being rushed during our visits and he always takes the time to answer any and all questions without making me feel like the questions were not relevant. He also takes time with my (now teenagers) to explain his decisions regarding their healthcare and in doing so engages them in the process. He is FANTASTIC!!!
