Love this place the Dr are always nice so are the nurses,and they make u feel welcome, and after surgery they make u as comfortable as possible. I have recommended this place to everyone I know and they never had issue.

Awful experience here a few years ago.. I was sent here by another office to remove a tooth.. The Dr. did not care at all for my well being, he was running around like a crazy person like he had no time for anyone in the office.. He asked me a question and stuffed a needle in my mouth while I was answering and injected all the contents really fast.. leaving a bubble in the roof of my mouth.. His assistant looked horrified. The experience I had here was SO bad I stopped all dental treatment and it took me 2-3 years to recover mentally to continue my much needed services. Avoid at all costs. I went here in 2009 for an awful toothache that had landed me in the hospital for liver damage due to 2 different formulas of Tylenol..Dr Marino and his staff treated me with such kindness like I had been a patient for years. And I would recommend this place for toothache care.

My husband seen Dr Marino on 10/29/19. My husband had 8 teeth pulled. 4 just roots and 4 teeth. My husband said Dr. Marino was fantastic. He had all 8 teeth out within 10 minutes. Unfortunately Dr. Marino is a miserable person, and he projects this onto his patients. I think it's sad that it has been like this for quite some time, and I know I am not the only patient that sees it. I would almost go as far as to say he is prejudice against certain groups of people. Maybe one day he will realize this and it will stop. I for one would not recommend his services to anyone.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and I clearly remember waking up in the middle of the surgery! When the surgery was over, I was crying hysterically for some reason and the assistant, clearly annoyed asked "why you crying?" One of my extraction site became extremely inflamed and the whole side of my face was swollen for weeks. I returned and was completely dismissed by Doctor Marino. 3 years later, I am having problems in that same area and I may have developed osteomyelitis or some other serious problem because of his neglect. I am now considering taking legal action. Some dental care professionals treat you like garbage if you dont have good insurance. Hopefully, they will change this behavior if they have to suffer legal consequences for their actions.

Horrible practice. Rude staff.

Horrible place. No compassion and no care for their patients and very rude.

I believe that this office shared my dislike of another dentists attempts to sedate me, because when I called the other office they told me brockton oral had just called them and I will have to wait now for the dentists approval.....real professional...lol, I do not wish to have bone sawed away being awake! Unprofessional

Horrible experience with Dr. Marino & staff. Waited 45 minutes because the staff member said she “was being slow with typing my chart” (while she gossiped with coworkers). There was absolutely no patient care or compassion. Dr. Marino was extremely rude and had me in tears, then turned his back on me when I expressed my frustrations that I was being refused a procedure that I was referred for. I walked out. This place has gone to trash since Dr. Fitzgerald left the practice. I’ll be reporting them to the Board of Dentistry today because no patients should be treated the way Brockton Oral Surgery and Dr. Marino treat their patients. Wonderful!!! Dr Marino is very gentle....He made me feel at ease and I know I was taken care of because they were ready if any issues arose.
