I have never had a bad experience with Orthopedic One, they quickly get you in and they are super friendly. I will recommend everyone to this place, they really have their system down and together! A+

As soon as I walked in the door I was told that Dr. Mileti was 45 minutes behind. I told them it was absolutely fine. He is worth the wait. Everyone is exceptional. I love Ortho One. I have went to several Doctors there. I have worked with several of the Doctors and they are fabulous physician.

Dr. Mileti did my shoulder replacement surgery. He figured out some inconsistencies of previous testing before surgery, and did a brilliant job with the procedure. He is always thorough and not rushed, and pleasant to work with. Appointments are on time, and his staff is wonderful. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Mileti.

Excellent overall experience

Dr. Mileti is professional and thorough in his explanation of the procedure, the outcomes and future expectations after the procedure.

Dr. Mileti spent time with me discussing pros and cons of reverse total shoulder replacement or total shoulder replacement. He made decisions based on testing completed. His bedside manner prior to surgery, day of surgery and post op appointment were above any interactions I have had with any physician. I will definitely visit Mileti again for any ortho issues. Make sure Joe Mileti knows with absolute certainty whether you are right or left handed, before allowing him to perform upper extremity surgery on you. In my case, l had amongst other complications, a high grade, left bicep tear. I am left dominant. He thought I was right handed and made the decision to cut off instead of repairing the bicep tear. My post-op course was painful and did not progress well at all. After months of dealing with this guy and him brushing me off, I asked for my records to seek a 2nd opinion. Only then did I discover the enormity of his medical neglect, which included failure to inform me of his mistake. Excellent Physician! I had rotator cuff surgery around 2012 and there's not been any problems since. I'm very happy. Dr.Mileti explained everything well. I recommend him!

Dr Mileti has worked on both my shoulders and did a great job. He explains things well and considers all options.. surgical and therapy. Gives you enough info and insight to make an informed decision on process. I have recommended him to a friend. Has a great staff.

Dr. Mileti and his team are very responsive with questions and the care I received is top notch. Dr Mileti did my right shoulder surgery and my results were so good, he was my only choice when I had issues with my left shoulder.

Highest recommendation--Dr Mileti did a shoulder replacement on February 7, 2020. From the methodical preparation to the awesome aftercare, it was a total success. (And I appreciated their strict following of CDC guidelines re Covid). Ortho One is a huge practice, but I always felt like a priority with attentive care. Every step was explained--the fact that I had a physical therapy session PRIOR to surgery was brilliant; I went home from surgery knowing exactly what and how to do my initial pt/ot. I am 57 and had been dealing with crunching in my right shoulder, waking up three times a night in stabbing pain, and an escalating loss of strength and flexibility. Five months later, pain is gone, no crunching, with strength and flexibility returning after each workout. I am sleeping through the night. This care extends to the entire staff of Ortho One. Sharon was my assigned OT person--a perfect benevolent drill sgt, radiating awesome energy. I give thanks to this entire team.

My original appt. There was a misunderstanding regarding workers comp. My understanding from receptionist, he did not except it. It took my attorney over 1 year to tell me that he has other wc clients that are patients here. So i have found my way back. Dr Mileti has acknowledged the severity of my shoulder pain. I am so very grateful for this. Now what happens from here, we will see. Thank you Dr Mileti. I appreciate your time and looking forward to having some relief in my future. I can’t recommend Dr. Mileti enough. I badly broke my arm and he was my surgeon. I’ve been for several follow-up visits and he always takes all the time with me that I need, explains things clearly, and answers my questions. The surgery went very well and I am recovering beautifully.

He done two shoulder surgeries on me in last 4 years. I think he one best surgeons in Columbus. He very caring willing to listen to your concerns, answers all your questions and will take all steps to avoid surgery if at all possible. His staff from PA to nurses are all excellent in your care.

Referral source told me he was great and so far they are correct. My surgery is next week so I will know more then.

I am a 81 year old man. Dr. Mileti did a reverse shoulder replacement for me. I am totally pleased. I can once again use my arm and the recovery was short. I have confidence and trust in Dr. Meleti.

Dr Mileti performed a total shoulder replacement on me May of 2017. He did an excellent job I was out of the hospital the next day at 70 yrs of age. I just saw him for my 1yr check up and I am doing great,I have not had to take any pain meds since a month after the operation. I highly recommend Dr Mileti !!!!

Great Doctor.

Had a fall earlier this year. Went to Dr. Meleti after fall and he immediately took care of me and scheduled surgery for a few weeks out. The care received by him and staff and assistance to him was fantastic. Last appointment was today 7 I have relatively very little pain and have full use of my arm and shoulder. Would highly recommended Dr. Meleti. and staff to anyone needing shoulder repair or replacement.

I fell off a ladder and severely tore my rotor cuff. I Highly recommend Dr. Mileti and his Team. Dr. Mileti even called on me at home after surgery to check on my condition. Everyone was Great. From my pre-operative exam, surgery, post-operative visits and rehabilitation I was treaded with the utmost respect and care. I tore my right distal bicep in mid October 2016. Dr. Mileti saw me within 2 days and scheduled surgery within one week. Now, a little over 3 months from surgery, I am feeling great and can barely tell that I had surgery! I am continuing strengthening and plan to resume tennis in the spring. Very pleased with the outcome, Dr. Mileti's staff & professionalism. Dr. Mileti, at Orthopedic One, replaced my entire shoulder joint in 2009. I am so very fortunate to have had such a conscientious, qualified and caring doctor. He takes time with you at office visits and has been very attentive visiting after surgery. I recommend him highly.
