Appointment was for 8:30 am. Had earlier read that, as a new patient, had to fill out new patient forms of 11 sheets. Got there at 8 am and filled out 11 sheets, some of which requested duplicate information. Some of the requested info was confusing. Finally was shown to a room at abut 8:45. Then proceeded to repeat a lot of the same info on the 11 sheets to a medical assistant who typed it into a computer. Dr. Peck conducted a thorough exam. Did not need treatment at that time but was instructed to call and return if the pain/discomfort got worse. Was not given any direction to possibly improve my condition. Appointment was for 8:30 am. Has been my doctor for over 10 years, throughout my time with him he is always suggested the latest and most up today meds that could benefit my lifetime chronic pain issues. I am grateful that he is my doctor!

This year has been incredibly difficult and very painful (literally) Dr. Peck and his team have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my quality of life is the very best that it can possibly be. They demonstrate so much caring, compassion and respect for their patients that I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I am honestly not sure how I would have endured this season of sickness without them. Dr. Peck is very responsive to my 93 year old mother’s orthopedic pain. My mother has been seeing Dr. Peck for approximately 10 years and has received very good care.

Dr Peck is a doctor who knows his stuff. He has lowered my pain to a level that allows me to function like a regular human being. And for that - Thank You, Dr Peck. Pain is an invisible force that can be extremely difficult to diagnose. But for the person with that pain it is completely visible, through sometimes aggravating sensations. Please believe me, if you have pain first write an honest personal analysis of everything you can think of (e.g. what triggers pain, what help, what makes it worse, etc) and take that info with you when you visit dr Peck. I had horrible sciatic pain that wouldn't go away. After my epidural injection i felt immediately better, It's now been months since my injection and I feel better each day, I got off all my medications and would highly recommend Dr.Peck.

Dr. Peck was very thorough and took time to explain my procedure. He made sure that I was comfortable, and I was given information to take home. His staff is caring and easy to reach for information.

The whole staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! Dr. Peck and John the P.A always take their time, I never feel rushed or that my symptoms/ concerns are not heard. I feel very well taken care in an environment where it can get rough providing excellent care to all.

I've been seeing Dr Peck for some time now for various ailments, everything is handled professionally and with the utmost care. The staff is right on top of everything, very short wait time to see the doctor, al in all I am very happy with all aspects of the office and staff.

Dr. Peck save my life!! Let me start off by saying that not all doctors care and are attentive to their patients concerns or ailments such as Dr. Peck. They're a few out there and hard to find. Dr. Peck is one of a kind. I came to Dr. Peck after having had L4-L5 Lumbar surgery which prior to I had no quality of life and was in constant debilitating pain. I was being treated under a spine specialist who also performed the surgery and after the operation I was still having a substantial amount of pain. Dr. Peck always listens to me and my concerns, he asks questions, he cares about his patients and is always very engaged with every appointment we have. About a month ago my pain was horrendous! Dr. Peck ordered and referred me to have another MRI done and because he did that we were able to find out that my disk re-herniated. Out of all the other doctor's care that am under, he's the only one that sent the referral and took a step further to investigate my situation and find a solution. He goes the extra mile most doctors won't!! I'm still being treated under Dr. Peck and I'm truly thankful to him and Shannon (the office manager) who've made my life a lot easier and bearable given the pain and situation that I find myself in. Honestly, I don't know where I would be without Dr. Peck and Shannon. I know that whether it be an epidural or having another surgery which was recommended, that I'm going to be in the best of hands in this office!! You need not to look no further. Dr.Peck is great!! He's so sweet! I came to him to get an epidural for neck and shoulder pain. Each appointment was very thorough and I felt he truly wanted to help me feel better. Although the epidural only minimally helped, he continues to help me figure out alternative treatments and will be trying another procedure shortly. Been seeing Dr peck for 2 years and had 3 epidurals, all with great success

Dr. Peck clearly explained the medical issues and the next steps in treatments. He was very thorough in his examination.

On this visit I did not see Dr. Peck but saw his PA Allegra DeMott.. She went over my history and I gave her all my new information and additional medications. She was very helpful and I will see her after I have my MRI July 8.

Dr Peck and his team are awesome. I can always expect a good result or solution with my care. Sometimes I wish my treatment would be faster but it all works out in the end. Dr Peck and his team are very dedicated and caring. Thank you.

Very dissatisfied. Self-centered man only interested in money. Could give a crap about your health.

I love seeing Dr Allegria. We came here for about six months. Staff seemed kind and caring. Dr. Seems okay. Dr. switched out one of his meds and my husband had really bad heart burn, nausia and acid reflux that made him throw up. Switched to 2nd of two meds available for muscle spasm . Told Dr Peck of Concern over extreme sleepiness and was told that no one else in office had this issue of known side affects. I explained that my husband was getting worse in pain, extremely mean and lost 15 pds in 3 months that I was concerned about and my other Dr was also concerned about. I was also using Concierge Pharmcy( referred by dr.), which told my husband his insurance wasn't paying. Long story short....they were not meeting their quota $$$. My husband who is in chronic pain was being held his medication unless he wanted to pay an extra 50.00 Completely unethical in my book. I spent half hour on phone trying to talk to insurance to find out why they were paying for meds. Brought up to Dr. Office and asked for Office manager to call me back and took over 24 hrs. When I brought up to Dr he didn't even know of situation that I had said I wanted Dr to know since he referred us to them. Spoke to Dr Pecks son, who is now office manager and other one that I spoke to has left. Said it was never brought up. Nice young man, though fresh out of school. When i explained to dr that the only 2 muscle spasm meds available that didnt work and cant we put back to original. He said no one else here complains of sleepiness and im not going to lose my license. Well i have to say, if your only gonna write 2 meds that either make you sleep and not eat or the other one that gives the worst acid reflux along with nausia, good luck! Stick to medical/medicade and the elder, they are safe. I have since found new Dr and we are on all original meds and husband is eating again and not miserably mean. Just want patients to beware of Concierge Pharmacy and the fact the Dr only writes for 2 muscle/spinal meds that are non narcotic; (Baclofen treats muscle spasticity, which is often a condition in people who have multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries or diseases, and cerebral palsy. Baclofen is not a narcotic. ... One of the reasons people might question if baclofen is a narcotic is because it acts on the central nervous system) that these are horrible in side affects and do nothing else!! Dr. Peck helped my Dad to shift from pain medicine that was fogging his mind. He is very kind and a great listener.

I was developing a lot of severe pain and they were able to schedule me for the same day, right away! Which is SO rare in Los Angeles! I saw Allegra for my Interstitial Cystitis pain. She was very supportive, and thoroughly went the extra mile to understand my condition at this point. I am relieved to have their support. Thank you!

Dr Peck helped my Dad with his pain. He is now able to do more things. I would recommend him. His office staff is nice and friendly.
