I came to Dr. Prezzato for a Bilateral Tubal and he was amazing. He explained everything to me and made me comfortable with the procedure. After the procedure his office checked on me and when I went for my follow up appointment I was in and out. It was a wonderful experience.

I really hate to be writing this review. Kelcy is amazing and so are most of the other girls that work there that I’ve met. I was told that this was a great office to go to as someone who is REALLY anxious about anything health/medical related. My first couple appointments with Kelcy were exactly as described, she’s very attentive and compassionate. I cannot say the same for Dr. Prezzato, I believe he’s likely wonderful at his job and with patients that are more calm. I’m positive I’m not a typical patient which how anxious I am, but I think it’s worth leaving a review to let others know that might be similar to me. I really rely on having doctors/staff that I feel at ease with, and it’s really not hard at all to find them. I did have one person apart from Kelcy at this office that I felt could help during the procedure I’d be having today, and asked to have her present for what I would think would maybe be 2 minutes, which I can understand isn’t always possible and that could have been something I came to accept and move on with some conversation — but there wasn’t even any real discussion or effort to help me stop freaking out so we could just get it over with. Dr. Prezzato was already packing his stuff up and decided everything was done. Like. Just talk to your patients. I was a mess and I needed some support. I could never imagine making someone feel more terrible after they’ve said their terrified multiple times. As I said I would bet that he’s a great doctor to the majority of his patients, but if you are like me and these things really terrify you, this probably isn’t the right office for you. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Prazatto and his staff. I met Dr. Prazatto when he delivered my first child in 2018. He was covering for my regular OB. He was very caring in my delivery. I appreciated his bedside manner. Fast forward to this year, I was referred to him for tubal removal. His office is very nice, staff is polite. They get you in and out but I didn't feel rushed! Dr. Prezzato entire office is amazing!! They made my pregnancy and birth experience such a breeze and put me at ease.

Dr. Joseph is my OB. He took care of me during my pregnancy and childbirth with my baby girl this March. During the regular checkups, he would attend to my questions, explain thoroughly and take every concern patiently then give me the detailed answer any expecting mom needs. I felt assured, at ease, and relaxed every time and with every minute closer to my due date. During childbirth, I was more assured that I made the right choice with Dr. Joseph, as he was as calm and assuring as he was in our checkups. He was very confident in the steps he took and in accommodating my unborn child's position to be able to give birth to her naturally without the need for a c-section. Postpartum for me as a first-time mom meant a lot of questions and feeling lost! Every time I send on the portal, he would respond there (or call if needed). Both my husband and I enjoyed the overall experience and are blessed to have our baby girl with us today.

I had a tremendously positive pregnancy and delivery experience thanks to Dr. Prezzato, Kelsey and Alycia!! Dr Prezzato and his staff are so welcoming when you come into the office! He’s a great listener and I felt comfortable with him from the beginning. I’ve gone through two pregnancies with him so far starting over two years ago. He preformed two c-sections for me and I felt did a good job. Recovery for both were very easy and any concerns I had and communicated with him were addressed promptly and without making me fell belittled. I would highly recommend Dr Prezzato!

I was referred to Dr Prezzato by my gyn for surgery. I was very impressed with Dr Prezzato because immediately, he discussed his background and his relationship with my gyn and the reason for the referral which was very helpful. Then he explained EVERYTHING about the surgery and what's to be expected. He made our conversation so comfortable and really put me at ease. I can’t recommend this office enough!! I came here when I found out that I had naturally conceived after some prior complications, I knew I needed a special level of care to make sure I seen this pregnancy to full term. Not only is Dr. Prezatto and his PA, Kasey AMAZING, his staff is just as phenomenal. From the ladies at the front desk, the billing department, the nurses and everyone one in between — I have never met a more compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Prezatto and Kasey listened to all of my concerns thoroughly, educated me and really took my care seriously. I know without a doubt that the reason my 100% healthy son is here today is because of them. Dr. Prezatto also probably saved mine and my son’s life. My son was measuring large at one of my appointments and he recommended we schedule a C-section. Thank God we did because my son was over 12lbs! Way bigger than anyone expected. I’ve always felt welcome, Dr. Prezzato delivered all of my children I have 3 boys and 1 baby girl (the last 2 were twins). Really great for my personal obgyn needs

I was referred to Dr. Prezzato eight years ago because I developed fibroids and my original OB/GYN couldn’t preform the surgery laparoscopically. My laparoscopic myomectomy surgery was successful. Then, this year, the fibroids returned and Dr. Prezzato told me he didn’t feel comfortable doing the same surgery and needed to do an abdominal myomectomy to ensure he’d get all of the largest fibroid, which was 7cm. I was nervous, he called me multiple times to answer all of my questions. Dr. Prezzato is very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the procedure and feel comfortable with it. Since my first surgery, I’ve gotten married and my husband would come to my appointments and Dr. Prezzato made him feel very comfortable, as well. The surgery went better than I could’ve expected. I barely had any pain. Luckily, I trusted him because he found four additional fibroids that didn’t show on the ultrasound. I tell all my friends who are looking for an OB/GYN or who deal with fibroids about him. I was used to seeing Dr. Prezzato, who was referred by a friend about 6 years ago. Last year, as we all know, it was very difficult to get an appointment due to the pandemic and I was overdue for my yearly pap. I agreed to a visit with Kelcy to get into the office sooner, and I have no regrets! I love Prezzato, but Kelcy is awesome too! Kelcy took care of a few issues I had earlier this year and my yearly pap this year as well. I would definitely recommend, especially if you prefer a female rather than a male. Due to his referrals, I have a set of seven year old twins and a new baby. Dr. Prezzato and his staff were wonderful during our twin pregnancy. He always took the time to answer all questions. He has a very natural approach, which I appreciated changing from midwives to him due to the twin pregnancy.

Dr. Prezzato and his staff/coworkers are extremely professional, punctual, and intelligent when it comes to the work they do. My case was somewhat different in that I was diagnosed with two large ovarian cysts and had to find a good obstetrician quickly (so Dr. Prezzato was new to me). I had every intention on interviewing multiple surgeons, however, Dr. Prezzato made this decision easy. He was patient with my fears, my questions, and described all aspects of this procedure to me the day I met him. He also made it clear that all surgeries come with risks, which I think is important so that patients recognize the freedom to make well-though out decisions. It has been two months since surgery and I feel wonderful and new. It was such a good experience, I am thinking about switching OBGYNs (never thought that would happen). Thank you Prezzato and team!

Dr. Prezzato is a very caring doctor. I just started seeing him as my OBGYN but I am glad I made the switch from my previous OBGYN who could care less about my infertility journey. In addition, his office staff (shout out to Alycia, Valerie, Connie, and everyone) are very respectful and easy to relate with. Lastly, there is so much transparency in costs of procedures. Suffice to say for as long as I live in Metro Detroit, Dr. Prezzato has a life-long patient. I look forward to actually getting pregnant and being in his care.

Dr. Prezzato and his staff are wonderful. Every visit has been efficient. He and his physicians assistant are knowledgeable and trustworthy. The office is very clean and the entire staff, friendly and respectful.

I am never one to leave reviews, however my hope is for a patient looking for fertility help, to see a different office. I was with Dr. Prezatto for about a year, he was great, and I felt very comfortable and that he was determined to help me on my fertility journey! Unfortunately my first pregnancy had ended in miscarriage. After my D&C, I was not able to get a call back from the doctor, any medical staff or even a message through portal. This was EXTREMELY frustrating and sketchy. On top of this being the main reason I left, the ultrasound tech was one of the coldest, rude, absolutely NO bedside manner for women, woman I’ve ever met! PS: she has a perfume allergy and she won’t let you forget it. When I would try to make small, pleasant talk with her during ultrasounds she would proceed to tell me” talking to someone while trying to perform an ultrasound is like trying to do your taxes and play with children on the floor.” She said this to me 3 different times! Overall unpleasant experience and extremely disappointed. This office may be for more regular OBGYN work, but not fertility journeys, so encouraging those patients to look elsewhere! Dr prezzato and the office itself is very nice. The dr worked quickly to get me in for a d&c at the height of the pandemic when it seemed Like it would be an impossible task. Seriously, end of March 2020, I was one of the last procedures in the OR before it was Converted into a covid unit. However, I give 3 stars because of the office ultrasound tech. She is extremely cold and has 0 compassion for the patients she is seeing. I went in for my second appointment in the week that partners were no longer allowed in the office. I was yelled at for having my phone, I was texting my husband in the parking lot. This was our first pregnancy after a loss and several rounds of ivf. I had to sit in the deafening silence as she scanned me without letting me see the screen of my own baby. When I asked to hear the heartbeat I was shortly told “the dr will Speak with you”. If you are working with patients with sensitive circumstances, especially in an office that monitors ivf patients (that’s why I picked the office) have SOME compassion or even a soul. This experience deeply traumatized me and I have no been back to the office since. If you have scanxiety or have trauma from a prior loss, I urge you to look for a different office as the tech here just ruined it for me. Kelsey and Valerie made me feel so comfortable for my appointment this morning. It was my first time going to a gynecologist appointment and I ended up having to get a biopsy. I have a huge fear of needles and medical procedures and even while I was panicking and tearing up these two women made me feel so safe and as comforted as they possibly could. They explained everything so that I could understand what was going to happen and made sure I was okay with everything going on. I met with Dr. Prezzato for a preconception appointment a year and half ago. My family and I went through a traumatic loss with a prior OBGYN on our IVF journey. From my very first appointment with him made me feel like a real person, and through each visit he sits with you and answers every question and relieves every concern that you have. He is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. When we finally can see it again through IVF he treated me with dignity and made sure the pregnancy went smooth as possible. Dr. Prezzato is great. I was referred to him to get my tubes removed as my gynecologist works for a Catholic hospital. He was awesome. The surgery was so smooth. No pain and minimal scaring. I am actually considering switching to him for my regular gynecologist which says alot because I really do love where I go now. I highly recommend!!

I switched to Dr. Prezzato during my second pregnancy and he was nothing short of amazing. All of his staff are extremely personable and always made me feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.

The BEST OBGYN! Dr. Prezzato is an amazing physician. He truly cares about the wishes and needs of his patients. Dr Prezzato comforted me with his reassurance that it was the best situation to be there. He was definitely right. I had to have an emergency C-Section. My child’s birth was rapid! One morning I was doing my routine twice a week ultrasound, and my babies heart dropped significantly. From the ultrasound to having my baby was 14 mins. From getting into the OR, it was only 4 mins for the emergency C-Section. Dr Prezzato made sure I was in the right place at the right time. As many people know pregnancy isn’t always easy but having a caring doctor and office staff that make sure your informed relieved a lot of stress for me. Rather I called to ask questions I forgot to ask at my appointment or messaged Dr. Prezzato directly I always got a follow up response and that mean the world to me. It’s a great feeling knowing your doctor care about you and your baby well being.

Dr Prezzato greatly improved my quality of life. I had severe endometriosis, I had been to several other doctors and had seen no real improvement. Dr. Prezzato listened to me, respected me, took the time to explain things to me... I was in pain for seven years with no end in sight. Now I have my life back. Dr Prezzato practices medicine, not miracles, but I can’t thank him enough for how he helped me. I know he would work just as hard for anyone that walked through his doors.

First I would like to start by saying this is the best OB/GYN office I have ever been to! The staff is seriously amazing! I was so nervous before my appointment and immediately when I walked in there, the ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcomed. They were all so sweet and patient, as it was my first time there. Dr. Prezzato was so kind and professional and most of all patient!! I had never seen a male OB/GYN before and I didn’t know what to expect. I had a few concerns and he helped ease my mind and talked me through each step he was taking. It was such a great experience! I can't think of her name right now but the ultrasound technician was great as well even the ladies who did the lab work.. Its a good feeling to go to a doctor office and be treated with respect and not judge. The wait time is less than ten minutes, it was never a time that I had to wait long. Doctor Prezzato was my obstetrician for my pregnancy with twins. It was my second pregnancy and delivery, and I specifically switched to his practice because? of how knowledgeable he is and how respectful he is of his patients. His staff is professional, friendly, and respectful. I never felt hurried and always got honest answers to my questions, informed consent for everything, and full support for my natural birth preferences, with the security that he would perform medical interventions when necessary. It was wonderful having an OB I trusted with my precious babies. I had an incredibly peaceful, natural, and safe birth of my babies and could not be happier with my care.

I am ALWAYS happily greeted (on a first name basis) by Val at the front desk. I wait about 5 min before taken back - even if I arrive early. Dr. Prezzato comes in shortly after as well. He thoroughly answers any and every question, leaving you feel comfortable walking out of the office. Dr. Prezzato just recently delivered my first baby. Perhaps it sounds odd to say this, but it was truly an enjoyable experience. I am naturally a worrier, but because of his calm, cool, and collective demeanor, my husband and I were able to enjoy every aspect of the delivery experience. Honestly, I can’t recommend Dr. Prezzato and his office enough.

Dr P was a pleasure to work with during my pregnancy and birth experience. His staff was kind and efficient as well. The front desk answered my call instead of an automated promoter. Whenever I needed a document or assistance it was handled in a matter of hours instead of days. I appreciate the professionalism of Dr. P and his office staff. I would recommend him to anyone seeking Ob-Gyn services. I will be returning for my annual exams and my future pregnancies.
