Friendly, knowledgeable staff

No one likes getting a colonoscopy, but the SSM Staff at Lake St. Louis provides such exceptional attention & assurance which makes the procedure easier. Thanks

Dr Rodemann has one of the best bedside manners. He is thorough, kind and determined to get solutions. My procedure was painless and quick. Everyone was caring and professional. :)

I've heard nothing but rave reviews from friends about you and have been trying to have my husband and I become patients of yours for a couple months - please please please start taking new patients again soon.

I have always had excellent care from Dr. Rodemann, he takes time to explain things to you and all around an excellent Doctor.

Dr. Rodemann takes the time to listen without rushing. If one treatment isn’t working he will try something new to get you to feel better. Excellent doctor!

This guy's entire office staff is a joke.. look elsewhere. Also, as a previous Reviewer had mentioned his nurse is a nightmare to deal with. Just trying to make a appointment will put you in a rage with these morons.

He genuinely cares, listens, Lets patient have input. I feel like he will keep helping me to find a solution.

Dr. Rodemann is awesome and very helpful but the SSM GROUP in general is a joke you try getting in contact with someone there and instead of directing you to the proper place to call or contact they just say you contacted the wrong place and hang up on you they make it entirely too difficult to get in contact with anyone when all that would be required would be a simple transfer or give the correct phone number Dr. Rodemann is awesome and very helpful but the SSM GROUP in general is a joke you try getting in contact with someone there and instead of directing you to the proper place to call or contact they just say you contacted the wrong place … More

Dr Rodeman PERSONALLY called my husband to give him his results of his colonoscopy. Very personable.

Very thorough Doctor and very helpful when I was sick. Highly recommend him.

Poor communication. He's too busy to see patients, might as well look elsewhere. Also, his nurse is rude and you will never be able to get a hold of the doctor unless you have an appointment booked months in advance.

A good experience all around. I've already referred another family member to Dr. Rodemann.

This doctor's office DOES NOT do any pre-authorizations prior to colonoscopy's or any other surgeries. If your insurance requires it, you will find you will get about 6-7 different bills totaling $6-7K, which will be your responsibility. This is what happened to us - by surprise - when using Dr. Rodemann.

Dr. Rodemann is kind and caring. He is well educated and seems to know what he is talking about. The nurse is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help me and my disabled husband.

Actively listens to all concerns and answers all questions. Kind and friendly treatment. Reviews colonoscopy results with you, pointing out points of concern. These factors outweigh experiences of waiting 1-2 hours for scheduled appointment because doctor had emergency surgery. Nurse who you see first is not very friendly and somewhat uncaring.
