If I could give -100 stars, I would. Nurses are extremely rude. Office is disgusting. Broken blinds all throughout waiting room, dirty bathroom, floors look like they've never been cleaned. It's clear they don't take sanitization seriously. They did however, make me leave my elderly fathers appointment because I wasn't vaccinated. Not to mention an incompetent Dr and staff. If it could be zero it would be. Dr. Rozas scores a zero in bedside manner; if you have a question or concern about a medication you had better make sure you have your own medical doctorate, otherwise you are just wrong. But voicing those concerns becomes difficult when he spends less than 5 minutes with a patient before just getting up and leaving, even if you are mid conversation. His staff seems just as oblivious as to what is going on, discussing medications that are not even prescribed to you and showing a real struggle to read the medical charts. If you have an appointment, cross your fingers that you get seen this office will cancel your appointment mere hours before you are due. Best advice seek medical assistance elsewhere. Terrible Doctor.... Late for hospital visits and then leaves within a minute of arrival. Bedside manner not good and frankly from what I have seen for him providing healthcare for my father, I don't think this man has read a medical journal in 20 years. Office staff non-responsive as it takes several calls and or faxes to get simple tasks completed. Much happier with new doctor in a modern office who actually has passion. Your fired Rozas!
