Dr. Josh Glatman

Excellent ophthalmologist and retina specialist. He saved my vision and fixed my retinal detachment. Wonderful staff and doctor!

I was given an appointment Wednesday, My sissy was in a wheelchair, there is a high stair case to the 2nd floor, no one answers the street intercom where the lift was. There is no elevator in the building. I was told that only on Mondays, only PATIENTS, and ONLY on a WHEELCHAIR could use the lift. The receptionists said in a cold manner that I should have known this and my sissy would have to wait outside the 3 hours it took for our assess a ride to come, I don't know how they also expected patients to climb down after retina injections, anesthesia. They should inform 1st time patients, place a sign saying Mondays only etc in front of the lift. I was unable to receive treatment.

The staff is very friendly from the receptionist, to the nurse, to Dr Glatman himself. I showed up early for my appointment and was seen immediately. Upon hearing that I needed to get an injection for treatment, of course I was anxious as anyone would be. Dr Glatman assured me the procedure is quick and helped to calm me down. I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend Dr Glatman.

Unprofessional Doctor and his staff. Only care about money.. Be careful Doctor and his staff is gonna make you to come in his office all time so he can charg you on your insurance. Doctor dosen't want toprovide any kind of support to patients. He made me to see him more than two years and when I asked him to give me my diagnosis paper work he scared and refused. I would give him zero reviews if i could. .

Very tentative to your needs. Has patients with a patient is appreciated. He goes out of his way to help you understand the pros and cons off any eye surgery or eye need just wish his office was not in staten island lol

Excellent Doctor, very professional and great stuff!!

Doctor Glatman is excellent! But only 4 starts due to very long wait times. They overbook and if your appointment is at, say, 11:30, you would be seen around 12.

Dr. Glatman gives above and beyond what an ophthalmologist is required to do. A Doctor with whom you can trust, who cares about his patient and when necessary helps beyond his role.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Glatman for a number of years. He is professional, polite and very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend Dr. Glatman to anyone looking for an Ophthalmologist, he is an excellent diagnostician.

Josh Glatman is the one of the best retina specialists and ophthalmologists. He saved my vision after i had a retinal tear and hemorrhage by doing retinal laser. I can’t thank him enough. He does full dilated exams and is very thorough. An hour you spend in his office is the most useful time at eye doctors you’ll ever spend checking the health of your eyes and getting treatments if needed . An easy experience from first making my appointment and checking in on my arrival. Dr.Glatman was easy to talk to. He thoroughly explained the testing and the results. The office was neat with a relaxed atmosphere. Great location with plenty of area parking and a large parking lot. Dr.Glatman and his staff was professional courteous and friendly.
