Disappointing. Visited the Green Bank Office today 2/13/2023 to inquire about their sliding care protocol and to request a prescription for Gel Fluoride 1.1% NaF, which requires a Rx. No prospective patients waited to be called in, the office waiting room was empty. A total of 5 dental hygienists?, plus the receptionist milled in the receptionist cubicle, which made your interactions with the receptionist the business of all of them, apparently, these employees had nothing to do, but stare and listen to those communicating with the reception employee. There was no chance of a appointment of any kind in the near future, as per the receptionist/office clerk. That is the level of Community Dental Care offered at this particular location. It explains why I haven't visited a dentist in 40 years. My one an only dental care provider was my Godfather, who was a Dental Surgeon and did some caries filling work that has lasted to this day. All I wanted was a prescription, but these franchises only care about their pockets and the Federal monies that bring them those who are covered by the WV Dental Insurance guidance, thanks to Manchin, who gets Free dental care.
