Best doctor I ever saw! Kind, compassionate. He cares about his patients

Both my husband and I were billed for surgeries that we did not have. We are fighting it through insurance and any other means possible. He failed to give us any explanation of charges and just sent us a copy of the form he completes for billing which has acronyms that we are not familiar with. No transparency here.

I originally expressed my frustrations with long wait times. The doctor has personally contacted me to address the issues and promise to fix it going forward. I appreciate the consideration.

We had a great experience with Dr Goldberg. My son has special needs and he was beyond patient, gentle and very thorough He answered all the questions I had and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Dr Goldberg. He explained the treatment plan step by step! Thank you Dr Goldberg. Looking forward to our follow up!

I have few words to describe my experience when seeing Dr. Goldberg. All you can hear is him complaining, yelling and degrading his staff members. The way he talks to them is completely disrespectful and abhorrent. I will absolutely not return for a follow-up visit, as I felt rushed and like an inconvenience.

I can't recommend Dr. Goldberg enough. He really took the time to understand my problems and made every attempt to remedy them. He even located a specialist that could address what he believed to be the root cause of my migraines.

Dr. Goldberg’s professionalism, mannerism, and staff are top notch. He is very attentive and thorough. He listens, examines, and creates a treatment plan suitable to your needs. Following through with all he does, making his post-op care just as unremarkable as his services. Been a real long time since we received medical care such as his.

Dr.Goldberg is a very good listener, to understand my problem. He is very through, explains what my problem is, and the best way to correct it. The staff, is friendly and take you by appointment . I would recommend Dr. Goldberg to anyone with an ent problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Goldberg and his staff for routine examinations and allergy shots for many years, and once for sinus surgery. The surgery recommended by and performed by Dr. Goldberg was a definite success. It cured an endless drip down the back of my throat and off and on laryngitis which I endured for years. I went to see Dr Goldberg for the first time Aug 2020. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the professionalism of the staff. I was able to expeditiously gain an appointment and went to see the doctor. He’s REALLY loyal and generous . I had a issue with my pharmacy and called the office after hours. I was intending to leave a message and the doctor answered !!!!!!! He Understood my frustration and called the prescription into another pharmacy for me . Within ten minutes ?? What doctor does that in 2020 he’s remarkable hands-down !!!! I’ve told so many people about him since my visit. It’s just unheard of to meet a doctor with that kind of tenacity in this day and age. Very professional office staff, thorough exam by a polite and knowledgeable physician. Excellent experience from beginning to end.

This is my third encounter with Dr. Goldberg and my opinion is unchanged. He is quick, but will spend as much time as necessary with you. He wants you to be completely happy before you leave. He will explain complicated medical conditions, be sure you understand your treatment options, etc. In my experience this level of concern is unusual in the medical field. You won't find a better ENT MD. Easy access to appointments also!

Dr. Goldberg and staff are top notch, like a small-town operation (meant in the best possible terms). He is very caring about his patients, persistent in addressing even the most chronic of issues, and VERY relational. He constantly follows up PERSONALLY with his patients to see how they are doing, and is quick to recommend other specialists as necessary. I had a very difficult issue to treat, and he stuck with me over the course of several months until it was resolved. One of the best ever!

Dr Goldberg was both knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and took lots of time to explain everything to me. His front office staff was also very helpful and personable.

I had a really bad sore throats and Dr Goldberg, was very thorough and gentle. He made me feel very comfortable, prescribed medication and I left Happy. Very nice office and staff.

Great physician, great staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Unlike most corporate practices, you do not feel that you are on a conveyor belt. Highly recommend.

The 10/21/18 5 star review was my review before I realized that I had wasted almost 5 mos with a doc who had no concern for my true health condition & wanted only to add another patient to his allergy patient list. This ensures weekly patients/insurance payments. Further he gave me a skin sensitivity test for a food allergy that any real allergy doc knows must be done by blood tests for accurate results. He said after test was done they he knew NOTHING about food allergies. REALLY! Stay away!

Super nice doctor. Gentle and caring ... he spends the time to examine, diagnose, prescribe what is needed and explain. I highly recommend him. Everyone in the office is kind and very friendly. The office is a bit dated but don't let that scare you. The care is priceless.

Highly recommend Dr. Goldberg as he is personable and genuinely takes the time to understand the patient and their needs, discuss options, latest technology that applies etc.. Dr. Goldberg is recommended by other physicians that I know and has significant experience in his professional areas. Office staff is always helpful.

Was not feeling well for a few weeks. Dr Goldberg fit me into the office on a very busy day. He did not rush my appointment at all. He was extremely thorough. I was nervous before going since I hate when they stick the tube down your throat. He talked me thru the whole thing. Even gave me a lollipop:)

As a local pediatrician, we have many ENTs to choose from, but getting an appointment isn't always easy. Dr. Goldberg has seen many of patients the same day and always calls me after to update me about them. My patients have all loved him and appreciate the extra mile he goes to ensure continuity of care with our office. If my daughters need an ENT, they will be seeing Dr. Goldberg

I would highly recommend Dr. Joshua Goldberg. I found his caring and demeanor to be of the highest quality. I've been to see 3 other ENT's and none of them were able to help me but Dr. Goldberg was able to help me. I suffer from Tinnitus.

Waited over an hour past our appointment time, then were taken to exam room and waited another 20 minutes. Offices were old, tools appeared dirty and overall the place smelled musty. We were billed for a procedure that the doctor could not complete (nose scope on a 3 year old), when we tried to dispute the bill it was impossible to get anyone on the phone from their billing office or even their secretaries at the main office. Would NOT recommend, especially for pediatrics.

he's a really good doctor he listens to everything you have to stay . check the way out really good. dr. Goldberg takes his time with you. helps you understand what's going on. thank you dr. Goldberg for taking care of me. the staff is really awesome they are and they're really helpful
