The lack of professionalism in this practice is absurdly out of proper form! Of my OWN VOLITION I came in to get an alcohol screen for a service that asked me to do so. When you arrive they do NOT tell you it is a place for addicts & will assume you are one if you walk through the door. They automatically put you in a multiple week program regardless of need, simply because you walked through the door to ask for a urine test. Then they want to test you for everything under the sun regardless of the lack of merit in doing so. Once I spoke with my contact at the service she indicated this WAS NOT AT ALL what she wanted & not to go back. We would go a different route. I left messages with the ladies at the front desk, Joshua P. Smith & spoke to his Psych trainee Rochelle & indicated NOT TO TEST & remove my data. This was NOT what was requested of me & it was an innocent mistake to come. DR. Smith cancelled my appt. but did NOT return my call. Instead ran the tests violating my rights!
