He listened, he took time to address the problem, prevention, and then followed up promptly & professionally. It’s the first time in 16yrs of military care that I feel like I was heard & “fixed”. I would trust Dr.Will with my children! He’s a great doctor.
Dr. Will has the worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever seen. He keeps patients waiting, does not address their problems and speaks to them in a most inappropriate manner (ie, at an appointment to address a serious medical concern of mine, he threw a vasectomy pamphlet at me and said 'here, give this to your husband instead' obviously my concerns were humorous and unimportant to him). His ego is ridiculously large for a mediocre doctor. If you are asked to see this doctor, refuse! If he is assigned to be your Primary Care Manager, switch!
