Being a patient with Dr Juan Pico has been an easy task especially when filling ill. They always accept your request to be seen on a moments notice. All the Staff members are a d'elite to communicate with also.

Dr. Pico has been my Dad's primary care for a few years since moving to San Antonio. Dr. Pico is caring, attentive and patient. I'm hoping that when my primary care retires, Dr. Pico will take me on as a new patient.

I always have a good experience @ NIMA. But I think that with potentially rare issues that MUST see a PCP to get a referral to start with a specialist should still be seen. New or existing patient.

Dr. Pico takes his time reviewing your labs, and making recommendations. The staff is professional and courteous. Everyone was taking the necessary Covid precautions. Wait time was less than 10 minutes.

It was an initial visit. Dr. was very nice, professional, knowledgeable .

Couldn’t find a Dr any more caring. Listens, advises, refers if needed. I am a truly satisfied patient.

Dr Pico has been my primary care doctor since I move back here 2016 and he is a very kind and caring Dr. When Dr. Pico enters the room he always has a smile and asking how have I been. He listen when I talk and never makes me feel like what I am says or asking him is not important. Dr. Pico always ask if I need any refills on my medicine. He is a great Dr. and genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Pico will be my PCP for as long as the Lord permit.

Excellent visit

Dr Pico has been my primary care doctor since I got released from the military care at age 65. He has taken care of my medical needs and ensured my preventive care related health. I feel very comfortable with Dr Pico taking care of me.

Dr Pico is the best Doctor I have ever had. He has taken great care of me and even will ensure when I get sick they can squeeze me in so I don't have to go anywhere else for my healthcare needs. He is a great guy and genuinely cares about his patients.

This was my wife's semi-annual visit. All went well. Dr. Pico and his staff treated us like family. We appreciate his personal attention. Keep up the good work.

I was made ready for the visit by a new nurse whose name I don't remember, and I was impressed by her competence and her patients with me and my hearing problem. Dr. Pico was his usual thorough self, and answered all my questions and asked many himself as we discussed possible modifications to my treatments and prescriptions. He made a quality change to one of my prescriptions, a great recommendation for me to try, and gave me a referral to a very good orthopedic specialist. His nurse Veronica brought my summary and a prescription to me and she too spent time with me discussing my health care. I feel very blessed to be under the care of Dr. Pico and Veronica, and am confidant that they care as much for my good health as I do! Jeanne at the front desk is a sweetheart, and the lab tech, whose name I'm going to write down the next time I see her, is a miracle worker! Also, I arrived early and was seen early!

Low wait times. Dr Pico is one of my all time favorite docs. He goes into details around my lab work, and he likes to encourage me about my health. Glad he is my Doc.

I was looking for a new doctor in my area because my previous doctor could no longer take care of all his patients.

We are very pleased with the medical service done to me and the desk staff had been great. All the follow-ups and also, the phone follow-ups were extremely convenient for me as we continue to have the medication for my gout done.

Always a good experience coming here compared to other places I go to. Check in is easy and usually not that long of a wait from appointment time. Dr Pico is great doesn't rush to get through your appointment always willing to explain and answer any of your questions

Have always found Dr Pico prompt for appointments...sometimes he's even early! Very accommodating and well informed with a cheerful personality. Has been excellent with referrals if needed. Nice man, nice staff.

Dr. Pico has been our primary physician for several years now and my husband and I are very pleased to have him as I doctor.

Staff was courteous as soon as I walked in. The wait to be seen was short, unlike some other doctor's offices.

I was impressed with the staff. They were friendly and prompt with my appointment being on time. Great instructions using the web and the app on my phone. Equally as prompt with performing my lab work. I received the report for the las and have reviewed them. Dr. Pico was friendly and courteous. He listened and followed up with the referral for Dr. Rosenbloom He also followed up on the request for the Cologuard which I should receive shortly.

I am so pleased with my doctor, Dr Jaun Pico. He is so approachable about any concern, listens well, and is able to formulate a plan that not only works, but is satisfying to me. I have a serious chronic medical issue that MUST be worked with to maintain the high level of health I desire. Dr Pico understands this and works with me, and I am so grateful. When they give you an appointment time they mean it! I did not have to wait more than maybe 5 minutes and one lady came in like 30 minutes late and shee had to make another appointment to come back later so as not to back up others who were on time. Once in to Dr. Pico he spent a lot of time with meand did not act like this was an assembly line he was running. I am so glad my wife found him. Fair warning, if you are a new patient, then it can take like 2 months to get an appointment but it was

I ordered refills of my medications. The doctor agreed to reduce the dosage on two of the medicines. I was told of my lab results. I was scheduled for my next appointment. Everything went smoothly.

Recently moved to Tx and my sister-in-law recommend Dr Pico had my first visit and found his staff and Dr to be so friendly and listen to everything I had to say would recommend them to anybody who was looking for a new Dr. A small anomaly was seen in one of my labs and before it was totally finished his staff called to talk to me about it which I appreciated. I have found my forever team.

Dr. Pico has been my Primary Care Physician since I moved here 7 years ago. Even though I am a retired RN, he explains things and doesn't assume I know pertinent lab or x-ray findings. He is easy to talk to and always friendly and informative.

Dr. Pico has been my primary doctor over the past several years. I find him to be very easy to relate/ communicate with and very knowledgable on all topics I have needed to pursue which have been many and very diverse.
