I had the blessing to work with Judith through a lot of wounds I was never aware of. I never realized how these would kept me in a victimhood and self-shame state for the longest time. She was honest, compassionate, caring, and kind during this process as well as constantly offering different approaches to process all the wounds I never got to release. With her I learned that it is constant working progress; however, with awareness and constant self accountability to look for support many difficulties can be a gift to birth new journeys. She is the best therapist I've ever had, and I've had a LOT of therapists. Her holistic approach is really wonderful. Unlike most other therapists I've had, she doesn't focus on intellectualizing the emotions and trauma that drive my maladaptive behaviors and feelings. We focus on the feelings and accessing and moving that energy in my body. She has lots of extremely useful and uncommon tools for accessing and releasing deeply buried emotions and stuck energy. There's also talk therapy to help access things or to arrive at an understanding of what I'm experiencing. The combination of methods is working very well for me. She is extremely kind, loving, and measured. She validates your feelings when you can't let yourself do that. This has been an extremely beneficial and healing therapeutic relationship and I literally could not recommend Judith more highly if you're on your own path to healing.
