Child went for his consultation on his second set of tubes with a referral for his adenoids to be removed as well. She did good with the tubes his first time but her attitude is really rude. I remember it from last year and when I came back yesterday she was just as dismissive and rude. I followed behind her as we were leaving and she scoffed as we were leaving. I’m not sure if she is just annoyed at the pediatrician or with me. She is informative when you ask questions but seems really annoyed to be seeing you or to ask any additional questions or to why. I was told to let my child have another ear infection or two and then I can set up an appointment for tubes. Also why would my pediatrician recommend adenoid removal only to be told they will not be removed until the age of four? If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. She spent more time lecturing my husband & I on how I am a bad/lazy mom for pumping & not exclusively breastfeeding than actually looking at my two week old sons tongue tie. She told us it was a “mild” tongue tie that didn’t need clipped & would “probably not” cause problems down the road. After being persistent, she finally agreed to clip it. His tongue is no longer a heart shape, he can now stick his tongue out (which he could not do before), & he can now latch correctly. If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. She was horrible. Didn't care. I would not recommend at all

I brought my son in for a consult today. She is the most insulting, condescending, unprofessional doctor I’ve ever delt with. Getting any information from her is like pulling teeth! And she implied I couldn’t afford the surgery. She will NOT be treating my son. Ever! The front desk and nurses were very nice. I don’t know how they work with someone like her!

Saw her twice, and she didn't help my child at all. He had been sick and our local ENT could not figure it out. Sent us to St Louis and said that they would be the best. She said our son had TMJ, and in reality it was a more serious illness. At the follow up, she said that she 'wasn't going to ask us back.' We left her feeling hopeless. Thank goodness our local ENT redoubled his efforts and helped our son. She didn't have to be nice, she had to care. And she didn't. I would find another doctor.
