Previous review: We were very happy with our first appointment with Julia! She took time to understand both my husband and myself, listen to our issue, and offer empathy and guidance. We feel so much better (even after our first appointment!) and are looking forward to our second session with her. She's truly a quality therapist and I'd recommend her to anybody. Edit: We are still seeing Julia (as needed) and she's absolutely incredible! She's very knowledgeable and is a stellar therapist. She truly cares about her clients and has an amazing amount of empathy!

I started seeing Julia when I was in high school and continued through beginning of college. Had to minimize appointments since I moved across the state but she helped me through a variety of emotional issues like sever anxiety, family problems, an abusive relationship, and eating disorder tendencies. She’s easy going and not intimidating, but also extremely committed in helping you.

My daughter has seen her and she is great with her. Encouraging and helpful in helping a teen girl navigate challenges.
