I had a blepharoplasty done by Dr. Julian Perry. Him and his staff did a fantastic job and made me feel comfortable. My eyes healed well, the loose skin is gone, and my vision has improved. I'm happy with the result and highly recommend his services.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Julian Perry. He was kind, caring and most importantly, he listened to me. I had excessive upper eyelid skin that I needed removed to improve both my vision and appearance. I was concerned about getting a natural result, but Dr. Perry delivered and I could not be more pleased. I have never written a review about a doctor before but I know how worried I was about finding the right person to do surgery on my eyes. I hope this review will give confidence to others who are considering this surgery. I highly recommend this doctor. He is brilliant. Additionally, every member of his staff was kind and attentive. I had a wonderful experience. Please do not hesitate to use Dr. Perry. He is absolutely the best!

I've been receiving care from Dr. Julian Perry for chronic bell's palsy affecting my eye since 2013. He's performed three procedures on me, including tarsorrhaphy for the eye affected by my Bell's palsy. Recently he reversed the tarsorrhaphy and performed upper lid blepharoplasty on both eyes for my paralysis. I couldn't be happier with the results. I look younger and can see better. He is an excellent surgeon. He and his staff are caring and compassionate and extremely professional. I am a retired firefighter/paramedic of 30 years and I highly recommend Dr. Perry and his staff.

My entire interaction with Dr Perry, his PA Justine, his office and surgical staff has been amazing. His expertise shines through in the brightness of my eyes. I am so thrilled with my eye surgery, I’m only sorry I didn’t see him sooner!

Dr Perry has been a great physician for me for over 8 years, first diagnosing lymphoma in my conjunctiva, then removing a tumor in my other eyelid, and finally fixing a drooping eyelid from radiation treatments. He's always explained things thoroughly and coordinated care with other doctors quickly. His staff is always great to deal with. I appreciate the teaching that he does with fellows and other practitioners that are often along in exams. I highly recommend Dr Perry.

Dr. Perry performed two different procedures on me: lower blepharoplasty and a tear duct tube procedure. His bedside manner is impeccable and I could not be happier with results of both procedures. His staff responds immediately to phones calls and MyChart messages. I will be returning to get my upper lids done very soon. I highly recommend Dr. Perry and feel fortunate that we have such a skilled surgeon in the Cleveland area.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Perry and love the fact that he did not try to encourage anything aggressive nor invasive to meet my needs. Instead, he suggested an approach less costly and likely equally effective to start with, and go from there based on the results. Some health care professionals will do what you ask just to make a few dollars. He did the exact opposite, which was refreshing. I really enjoyed the fact that he explained everything and was concerned about managing my expectations. I will be getting a procedure done, hopefully in the next couple of months and we will see how it goes

From consultation to my follow up, Dr. Perry and his staff were so super nice and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am a 60 year old female and looking forward to wearing eye shadow again! My eyes look fabulous, thanks to Dr. Perry! He’s the best… stop searching and make a consultation appointment ASAP!

Dr. Perry is an excellent surgeon. He performed upper lid blepharoplasty on me in May and I could not be more happy with the results! I wish I would have done it 10 years ago!! The surgery and recovery were painless and just as he explained. I highly recommend Dr. Perry and his staff!!!!

Although I have heard good things about Dr. Perry through Cleveland Clinic's network as well as reading through the reviews online, I visited Dr. Perry once when I was about 12 or 13 years old for an eye prosthetic surgery consultation. He used medical verbiage that was emotionally scarring for a young teenager, such as describing in detail, "drilling into my eye socket," etc. and describing in gross detail of the surgery process. As an impressionable kid, I did NOT need to hear any of that. I came out of that office crying that day, and wishing that I never even had to deal with my eye problem. I have no doubt that he is professionally and technically skilled, but as for his people skills, it could use a LOT of work. I have been scared to even go back to Cleveland Clinic ever since then even though I require an opthalmologist. The entire experience has haunted me, and over all these years, I have completely refused to switch doctors and have had the same opthalmologist since I was 3 years old. Now that my opthalmologist has relocated, I have to go through this entire process all over again, which frightens me, even now as a 20-something year old. Had great experience with dr perry and his staff. Got first appointment fast. Check in was smooth. Got right back to exam room. Assistant was great. Dr perry came in right after assistant left. He is very knowledgeable and told me my issue and how to resolve it. Everything was wonderful. Keep up the great work. Dr. Perry is Awesome! I went through a few Drs. before I got the results I was looking for. He is an absolute miracle worker. He is the best! Highly recommended.

I had my very droopy eyelids lifted. No pain or complications of any type. Great result--very happy with appearance and vision. Have received many compliments. Dr. Perry and his staff were all very professional, pleasant, and helpful.

Dr. Perry performed my eye lid surgery, and I was very happy with the results. Dr. Perry always has a smile on his face, made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to do the amazing job he did on my eye lids. He promised the day of surgery that I would never feel any pain, and I did not! He was always present, talking to me the entire procedure, and kept me comfortable and relaxed. This is the first procedure like this a doctor has performed for me, and I am pleased that I was encouraged to make the appointment with Dr. Perry by my trusted family doctor at the Clinic. Dr.Perry performed surgery on my eyelid earlier this year and the outcome was not as I had hoped. A small bump that he called scare tissue appeared and despite ointment and shaving it down, it still exists. While it is smaller I believe Dr. Perry could have done a better job and could have totally removed it. For this reason I will not be seeing him again and do not recommend him.

Awesome! Dr. Perry is kind, he is professional, he is amazing! He explains things and never makes me feel as though he is rushing me. And on the day of surgery he made me feel very comfortable. To me he is the very, very best and I highly recommend this wonderful doctor we are so fortunate to have here in Cleveland.

I had three surgical procedures performed by Dr. Perry and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of all of them. He takes the time to explain to you what needs to be done before the operation to put your mind at ease. He is an excellent doctor.

He did ptosis surgery on me June 2018. He was really nice, but more importantly he did a great job! So happy with the results!
