Dr Rowe is great. I have used him as a physician and his PA Kristina for several years and found them both to be accessible and knowledgable for my family medicine/general care. As a surgeon and cosmetic physician, Dr. Rowe has been exceedingly careful to provide the best product or service options for me. His experience really makes a difference in how you look and heal from a procedure. He and Kristina are personable and able to explain anything and answer every question. The telemedicine added during Covid is really a benefit. For the cost of a co-pay I can get questions answered quickly and easily. I love not having to spend the additional time to handle a routine medical appointment, prescription discussion or test result. Online scheduling through their website is amazing and easy. I also love being able to see detailed information about the cosmetic procedures and products they offer and what they cost in advance. This is a modern practice that caters to it's patients.

My concerns were not acknowledged. He behaved very oddly during the exam and made me feel very uncomfortable not only with his bedside manner but also with his inappropriate comments.

Dr. Rowe is not my personal ob/gyn doctor, but on two occasions I had to call after hours for an emergency and unfortunately he was the doctor on call for both. The first time he never called and the second he did not follow through with my lab orders. I have considered changing my care with my current OB doctor and expressed concern with their office manager about the chance of him being on call upon my delivery. He seems more interested in injecting women with botox and he is not even a PS!!

If you like being in a crowded waiting room all day surrounded by rude staff and rude doctors I suggest you go here! Front desk staff is rude, medical staff can't hold employees everyone is always different and the good ones leaves because they are smart & Dr Rowe and Dr Lui like to argue about their personal life in the hall ways. Once in the exam room wait a few more hours to only see Dr Rowe for 5 minutes then they bill you for every $$ they can! Don't go to this office!!!!!

Long wait time, doesn't seem to care at all about his patients, doesn't follow thought after numerous request for prenatal vitamins and from insurance company for additional information and the staff here changes every 5 days. I have been there for years and have maybe seen 2 people there more than one visit.They are all under trained and most of them are rude.
