This was a terrible patient care experience. I waited for 50 minutes with my son who has a mole on his wrist that needed checked. She apologized for being late when she came in, saying that it doesn't usually happen and she had to take time to ensure good patient care. She examined my son's moles and did a check over the rest of his body at my request. It took ten minutes. She said we could watch the mole or do a biopsy and I said let's biopsy it. She said we could but we'd have to wait another hour at least or schedule another appointment. I let her know that I took the whole morning off work because we live an hour away and couldn't agree do the biopsy now. No, because she had to get to other patients. That's what you'll get from this doctor. Ten minutes of a review but other patients are more important than your child or your time. Never going back there. Asked for a referral to the regular dermatologist closer to us to get the biopsy.
