Dr. DeRosa has has taken care of my family for the past 5 years. Office staff changes fairly often so you do have to adjust to each change. Office staff now is wonderful. Appointments are being managed in a very timely manner, and very seldom does the waiting room have more than 4 patients waiting at a time. Dr. DeRosa listens to the patients in her care and has gone out of her way to notify us herself, if need be, of a lab results. My family and I will miss her at Burgettstown office.
Terrible. Will make you reschedule if you're 10 minutes late, but they are an hour and half late seeing you for a scheduled appointment. There is also an extreme lack of any kind of urgency, and poor availability of appointment times. When trying to schedule an appointment, you're told that appointments fill fast and to schedule while you're already there. Too bad not every one in the world has regular 9-5 work hours. Privacy practices are also chucked out the window- anyone that is in the waiti
