Excellent doctor

Office staff had my husband and me, by proxy, DO ALL PAPERWORK LIKE WE WERE NEW PATIENTS as he is NOT CLERICAL OR TECHNOLOGY MINDED. All the records were ALREADY in your office But we were treated like New patients I had to do all the ALREADY EXISTING information Again..VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Many other elderly patient had the same difficulty with the touch pads they were FORCED to use BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Doc is the best Dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She’s ready for whatever questions or issues I bring her.

Due to my history of skin cancers, I see Dr. Iannini every six months for a full body exam. She is thorough and explains everything clearly. I trust her completely.

Dr. Iannini is personable, caring, spot on with her analysis of an issue and puts your mind at ease. We left another Dermatologist years ago and have not doubled our decision to be with Dr. Iannini. The staff, from the front desk to the Dr. Assistants, are very sensitive to the patient's fears or concerns and make everyone comfortable. I can't think of another Dermatologist office would want to be seem by. My constant thanks to all of them.

The experience I had was very similar to others who visited with Dr. Iannini: I had horrific pain, itching & swelling from skin rash & by time I could get scheduled to see doctor, it had subsided. I took photos of rash & it was brushed off as yeast fungal infection & the only recommendation was OTC topicals which I could have gotten from my pharmacy & not have to spend wasted time & $$ for a very vague consultation. Then the doctor was running out the door until I stopped her & asked about exam portion & was told that had to be scheduled another time. So I insisted I was not going to make another trip & to provide a basic exam which she agreed to, but did NOT follow COVID 19 Protocols & was touching my skin without wearing gloves to boot! Needless to say, I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend!

Dr. Iannini and her entire staff were awesome!

I had an appointment with Dr. Iannini yesterday. I actually thought I was going to see Dr. Smith. I told Dr. Iannini that I was experiencing very itchy skin on my face and in my ears. She moved the hair away from my forehead and looked at it. She never looked in my ears! We did discuss some medications that I have used in the past. Then she gave me another Rx to put on my face. That was it. Then she said we are going to give you an appointment to have a complete skin check. That was it. I don't think she was even with me for 5 minutes. I really fell as tho I got the bums rush! I will probably go back for the skin check, being as I have never had one done. After that, I will probably look for a different dermatologist.

I would highly recommend Dr Iannini at Fort Mill Dermatology. There is almost never a wait, I am usually taken back very quickly. Dr. Iannini is thorough and always answers any questions I've had. She even followed up with me one evening to make sure I was scheduling a MOHs procedure. Great doctor.I have a lot of skin cancer and she catches it ALL. She is very very pleasant and so are the office personnel. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Never got to see Dr Lannini. This is a review of Fort Mill Dermatology as a whole. I recently called to verify a 1pm Friday appointment. I was informed that my appointment had already passed on Tuesday at 10:15am. I explained that there was no way I made a Tuesday appointment, as I have other obligations every tuesday and that even if I did, there is no way I got the day AND time wrong. I was told they would not reschedule me until I paid a $25 no show fee. I argued that not only did I not make that appointment, but that I never recieved a phone/email/text/mail confirmation for my appointment. They refused to waive the fee so I took my business elsewhere. I would recommend a different dermatologist, but if you must be seen here, check and recheck your appointment time in advanced, because they will not do a confirmation call the day before and will jump at the chance to charge fees. Not enough characters to fully explain my situation, but the brief version is I called Fort Mill Dermatology to confirm my Friday appointment and was told I already missed my appointment on Tuesday. There is no way I made a tues appointment as I always have responsabilites that day. They refused to reschedule until I paid a no show fee. I told then they got the appointment wrong and I never received a confirmation call or email and they refused to waive the fee. Took my business elsewhere.

First time for dermatologist in SC. Dr. Smith not taking new patients. Saw Dr. Iannini last Thursday. Took quick with exam and not letting me ask questions. A little patronizing. May have cancerous growth that was removed. Wait one week for results. Don’t have faith in hearing from them. Prescription needed not called in to pharmacy. Decided not to bother. Wait for results and seek another doctor. That’s what I get for finding a doctor on line. Going with another doctor recommended by family.

The first time I visited this office I was pleased; after my most recent visit in December I will never go here again. I had an EXTREMELY difficult time getting the staff to send information regarding a prescription to my insurance company for approval. I have never had to argue with a doctor’s office before. My mother was recently here and had a terrible experience with Dr. Iannini. She was in the room with her for about 3 minutes and diagnosed her with something she had never heard of and didn't offer any explanation or advice for what she had. She wrote a prescription for a "new" medicine that would cost her $400 that she couldn't afford. She put in a call and asked for a different medication to be prescribed and was told she would get a call back which never happened. She was in a lot of pain and discomfort and nothing was done. She finally got in with her pcp at shiland medical and got the help she needed. If you are looking for a quality dermatologist this is not the one! Been there 4 times. Never waited more than 5 minutes. Seems very competent. Skilled at the procedures she did on me. Plus the practices has a human answer the phone. Other derms don't. I switched from one of them so I know.

First visit today and LAST!. The front office staff was eating at the front desk and I mean stuffing their faces....When I went to the room it took her an all of 10 minutes to greet me and see why I was there and tell me she can't help me.. I had a tiny mole on my face that I wanted removed. I knew it was cosmetic I just wanted it gone ..She said she can't do it cause it will leave a scar. I have had 3 done before with NO problem NO scarring. As far as her personality, she doesn't have one.

Dr Ianinni has been my dermatologist for at least 10 years. I have years of sun damage and therefore, have had many basal cell cancers frozen, cauterize so, biopsies and surgically removed. She is thorough and compassionate. She takes time to explain the procedures and listens to my concerns. She and her staff are excellent.

Dr. Iannini is wonderful. She was warm and friendly and very attentive to me. She also has the most gentle touch. My wife was with me at the appointment and she also thinks Dr. Iannini is great. We would recommend her highly.
