Great Dr but the staff could use some classes on FRIENDLY customer service or they just hate their jobs. Even on the phone they are rude. The check out lady was rude and short. They are the face of your business!

Dr. Hager is amazing!!

Dr. Hager is amazing! She delivered my daughter two months ago and it was a great experience. I had some complications during my pregnancy that made my dream of an unmedicated natural birth a risk for my baby, but Dr. Hager went through all options with me and listened to all my concerns no matter how silly and truly made me feel we made a united decision in how to handle my delivery. One of the best! Kind, listens well, educated and understanding. She delivered my last baby and it was a wonderful experience to have her help welcome him into the world!

I absolutely love Dr Julie Hager. Before going to her I hadn’t been to an OBGYN in 20 years (not the smartest thing to do) after my Dr retired. I met Dr Hager because she delivered my granddaughters. I liked her and felt so comfortable with her so I made my first appointment and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Everyone in the office is so nice and pleasant. I have seen Dr. Hager for more than 5 years now. She is patient, understanding and willing to work with each patient depending on their specific needs/family. I credit her for helping me resolve several health issues that initially prevented me from having a baby. She's honest and up front while simultaneously calm and reassuring. I highly recommend her and the other doctors in the practice!

Dr. Hager is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She talked me through my procedures and made me feel very safe. I haven't met anyone like her.

I absolutely love Dr. Hager and her staff. I hadn't been to an OB since my son was born and that was 20 years ago. After my OB retired I was left with one that I didn't like or feel comfortable with. Dr. Hager delivered my Granddaughter and was my Daughters OB. The first time I met her, I really liked her so I decided right then and there that she would be my new OB. I have been going for 3 years now and I love her. She is very compassionate, very personable and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Hager is amazing. She really takes the time to listen to you and address all of your concerns. Even better she also puts everything in your chart so it's all there for your next visit too. She has a sweet disposition and is very knowledgeable.

I have seen Dr Hager off and on, but mainly on since 2002. She is professional, thorough, and more than just a women’s wellness doc. She is THE best in OK.

Dr Hager is the most amazing doctor and woman!

Dr Hagar is very nice and informative, the staff on the other hand is a different story. Very high turnover rate. Also you may be informed of your fee of services but you will not be informed of all of the labs or others that will be involved or if they are even in network. Staff- take the time and treat people how you would want to be treated, learn how to work together as a team.

I found multiple issues. Dr. Hager was not relational at all. She was forward & aggressive in addressing what she determined were my health concerns. She then proceeded to answer a call from Labor & delivery room & speak in detail to nurse & patient. I found this very inappropriate! Office staff did not apologize for not getting original papers they scanned back to me. Then, the lady at checkout was eating at her desk. Don’t waste your time here! Find another doctor and staff that is caring.

The only doctor I would trust with my delivery.

Forced induction. C-section pushed because it was taking to long. C section to medically necessary.

Straight to the point. She is great. Bad side manner great. I see her once a year.

My last visit with Dr Hager did not go well. She lectured me for about 30 minutes and tried to instill a lot of fear. I will not be going back.

I had hoped to build trust with an OBGYN before I start having children in a few years. Dr. Hager was kind and attentive at our first visit, but when I started having problems with my birth control, I felt she was dismissive of both what another doctor had told me and my pain in general. I never had problems with her care. She was professional and friendly. I had her insert my IUD without trouble. Ultimately, I need someone warmer and more considerate to help me through childbirth, however.

Dr. Hager has supported our family through multiple miscarriages and births. She is the most empathetic and compassionate doctor I have ever seen. She consistently takes time to not only explain things to me, but also to ensure my emotional well being. She is blunt and straight to the point, so if you like things more sugar coated another doctor might be a better fit. But if having a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients' overall wellbeing is high in your priorities, she's your girl!

Absolute horrid experience. She has no sense of care at ALL and is a huge know it all. She doesn't LISTEN at all to what is even going on. She gives all kinds of suggestions and never asks questions. She actually insulted me directly about 2 times telling me I was crazy for doing or asking something specific about my meds. She told me to stop taking meds completely without even knowing why I was taking them, nor did she ask or consider the reasons why. Then she insulted other doctors I trust.

My experience was extremely negative, I will not return. Dr. Hager proceeded to insult the care I receive from my pcp as well as my neurologist & did not offer any suggestions to what she deemed a problem. She was unable to answer questions &was highly uninformed but presented her knowledge as fact. She was unhelpful and exceptionally cold. They did not use a sanitary tray. The nurse laid the swab on the counter which was extremely disturbing to me. They charged me for services I did not receive

I would NEVER recommend her as a doctor. Very unprofessional. She has no empathy or compassion. Made you feel inadequate when asking questions. Did not do what she explained she would do during surgery. Ruined our entire experience with Mercy and we will never be going back there.
