Dr. Julieta Zutel Ryder

I am a 78 year old woman on whom Dr Ryder performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on February 28,2022. After surgery my left eye is now smaller than my right one and has a dark scar on the upper lid. I also still have promenent under eye bags. After calling her office expressing concerns about the scar on my upper lid, Dr Rider ordered a bleaching cream prescription for my lower lids. Prior to my surgery, Dr Ryder informed me that it takes 6 months for eye surgery to heal completely and if at that time the outcome was not satisfactory, she would correct it. My 6 months will up as of August 15, 2022. I subsequently learned that Dr. Ryder is leaving Ohio and moving her practice to Florida in May. When I expressed displeasure over the outcome of my surgery, Dr Ryder reminder that I was, after all, almost 80 years old and she was not a magician.
