I'm normally not the type to leave bad reviews but I was very disapointed with my expirence. The staff was friendly however nothing was initially done to help my back. I saw the doctor for maybe about 5-10 minutes and asked me some questions and just popped my back once but nothing unusual then the way I already pop it now and stretched my neck a bit and went out his way. Saw the nurses and they did some treatments on my back for maybe 20-30 minutes then that was it. The treatments numb my back for maybe a couple of hours but that was it. Maybe I expected more but I expected a actual medical examination on my back and why I had these problems. I honestly felt that I wouldve been better off with a massage because they didnt even give me any advice or tips or nothing. No stretches or anything either. I just paid my bill and went on my way. I hope others have a better expierence then me but now I know when I make a appointment with a chiropractor I'll be sure to find a doctor that will actually take care of me. I love Dr. Regalado! I’ve had back pain for the last 2 years due to my work and having to sit all day in an uncomfortable position, on top of that I had a baby that caused my tailbone extreme pain. Dr. Regalado helped target the pain and relieve any stress put on that area. The front and other staff are extremely friendly and really helpful! I was recommended to Dr. Regalado and glad I ended up going to him. I have been more than satisfied with him. He hears out my concerns every time and can't believe the difference I feel my body feels every time I leave. He makes sure I get the therapy I need, shows me what type of exercises will help me. And his staff is just wonderful.
