I had to have a couple of procedures done and each one of the Drs I saw were amazing! Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient....just a few adjectives to describe them. The staff at the Orange City office were also very professional. I would have considered having Dr Ahmed as my primary had that been possible. Oh...and you know how you're often left waiting for hours (or so it seems) to see the Dr? Not so at this office. Very quick and efficient while being personable at the same time. On a scale of 1-10....off the charts! This comes from one who has an aversion to Western medicine. This group could change that. Relax.... you're in good hands. Doctor was great , explained step by step what needed to be done to figure out what was going on. Very knowledgeable. Beautiful office and very clean , all staff were very nice as well.

Dr. Ahmed is an excellent doctor! He listens to you and treats you as if you are his only patient, not just a number. Very knowledgeable and thorough with a great bedside manner! I highly recommend him if you are in need of a Gastroenterologist.

It was my first visit. It did not last more than 2 minutes. The Dr. asked where is the pain. I said my stomach. He told the nurse to order endoscopy and ultrasound. He did not even check my stomach or listen to what I was telling him. I need a Dr. who is going to work with me to resolve this issue. The ultrasound may not show anything, but my organs are dislocated. Something is definitely Louth of balance. These visits and tests are expensive, so we need Drs that listen to us and get to the root of the issue. Not just rush the visits to see how many patients they can squeeze in a day! All of the employees here are so nice and friendly. Dr. Ahmed was so nice and explained everything to me and answered my questions.

I absolutely love Dr. Kareem Ahmed,MD.....he has done several procedures on me over the years...he is very thorough and has a very sweet personality..and the office staff is also very friendly.....

Dr Ahmed and his staff made it a relatively easy experience. I got my appointment at 6 AM and was having breakfast at 8:30. I would definitely recommend them for this necessary but aggravating procedure. Very professional and nice people.

I was very happy with the short wait time I had before being called back to an exam room, after I was taken to the exam room Dr. Ahmed saw me within a few minutes and then after he went over a game plan to control my issues he said that I was set until my next follow up appointment in 6 months. The follow up appointment that he gave me made me feel pretty good especially since their office is out of network for me and is very costly to me let alone the cost of the medicine’s that I need each month. Does not take hardly any time with you. Just does the bare minimum to get in and out. Didn't seem to care at all. Did one test and wrote me off. I would give no star, but that was not an option. Doesn't explain or answer in detail. Very short and quick in responses.
