dr kay doesn’t care about her patients. i had to wait 2 hours to get seen. i came in for filler and she did not seem to care about my concerns. she let an influencer come in the room and she looked away while she had a needle in my lip to talk to her. my lips are now healed and are bumpy. i called her office and she said it’s just how my face is. what a joke lol. please save yourself the trouble.

In a critical ICU situation this "on-call" physician lacked bedside manner, ability to appropriately handle a patient in pain, demonstration of caring for patient and family, and was replaced with another ENT. Would not recommend for a critical or acute situation.

Excellent. I was very pleased with the liquid face lift I had. After a week the face looked perfect.and I got compliments from all my friends. They are all going to see Dr. Kay for their faces too. Dr. Kay was very caring and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend her for medical problems and face/cosmetic care as well. I also see her for my severe sinus problems and she has taken excellent care of me.
