0 stars if it were possible. Still waiting almost a full hour later than my appointment for my telephone call appointment!! Qhen you call reception, no one answers. AVOID. NEVER GO HERE. SAVE YOUR TIME.

Phones are rarely answered. Constant mixups. Still waiting on a call for an telephone-appointment thats time has passed. Will not transfer you to reception to make a new appointment after your old one, which is incredibly inaccessible practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

No one answers the phone ever.. Been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks. No luck.

I've been getting medication management from Dr. K for several years but now his office never picks up the phone nor do they respond to messages. So goodbye Dr. K.

i set up an appointment gave all my insurance information over the phone. Unprofessional. He thinks he knows everything and gives bad advice. His receptionist is rude and refused to help me get my prescription, causing me to go into withdrawals. Avoid.

I have been seeing Dr.Kumar for three years now and he is excellent! I definitely recommend him

I’ve only been seeing him through tele-health, but thus far he is caring and shows concern. His office staff WERE horrible, but thankfully he fired them and things are 100% better.

I've been seeing Dr. Kumar for several years for medication management of my depression/anxiety. I have found him to be an excellent, caring psychiatrist. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kumar's for over a decade. While I trust him and have had good service for the most part, the last year or so the office staff has been sub par to say the least. Calls go unanswered, messages are never returned, prescriptions aren't called in like they say they are. After this long of a time I will be looking for a new psychiatrist.

Worst office. You won’t feel attended to. I called because of a bad rx to medication and I didn’t get a call back for days. Then I called to move the appointment up three separate times and still haven’t received a call back and it’s been 4 days.

Doctor Kumar took away one of my dads medicines and prescribed another for depression however the medicine has not been called into pharmacy. Called several times and girl in office said Dr Kumar called it in, he has not. Then they closed office for couple of days. Still no meds called in, keep leaving messages on answering machine. It has been a week since last appointment and no medicine has been called in and my dad has been severely depressed not sleeping and crying constantly and mood swings worsen. Honestly one of the best docs I've been to in a while. He's straight forward and tells you exactly what you need to hear. Deff going to see him again

Drs. Kumar and Amelia are outstanding doctors whom really care for their patients. They take the time to listen to their patients and help them in a caring and compassionate way. A doctor that cares more about the notes he is putting in his computer, than about the actual patient, is not a doctor. Repeated calls to his office go unanswered. As his patient suffering with Anxiety, I do not recommend this unprofessional doctor as you will no doubt have added stress dealing with him and his staff.

He is one of the worst psychiatrists i have ever gone to. I can't even believe he is in this field. it's truly embarrassing to say the least. he doesn't even make eye contact. he just is busy on his computer the entire visit. And he is extremely rude. asking stupid questions...he is in this business only for the money. very sad way to be.

I had called the office trying to help my friend after your Nurse Practitioner Amalia disappeared on her patients at her prior office. I figure it's worth mentioning that Mrs. Per's incompetence almost cost my best friend her life.

His receptionist is rude and disrespectful . She yells and screams at the patients . Not a good ienvironment to be near. He needs to replace his staff with someone who is personable and respectful to the patients . The receptionist is very volgar and cursing too. She will ruin his practice .
