Worse experience ever just to make an appointment as new patient. I have been on hold for 32 minutes and I have been talking with 3 different representatives. One of them took all my personal information and put me on hold than another person picked the phone up and had no idea who I was. This practice needs to change their customer service. Dr. Baker and her staff are amazing. From Evelyn and Mae at the front desk to Megan and Maria, who are clinical, to Dr. Baker, everyone was great. Always listens and give the time to understand concerns or potential issues.

Dr. Baker really takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed. Always gives me options.

Dr. Baker and her staff are wonderful. They respond promptly (communicating via mychart) and Dr. Baker takes time to ask questions, listen to any concerns I have and makes me feel like she really cares about my wellbeing.

I had her place my IUD and she placed it wrong when I went back in she'd said that she would give me another one for free and instead she sent me straight to the collectors and refused to speak with me for over a year I dealt with this and in the end I had to pay for not only the IUD that she must stop but the IUD that she replaced after she messed up I would not recommend her she's been no help to me at all If I could rate this a zero I would. I’m new to the Island and have been unsuccessful finding a good doctor. Dr Baker was great. She was thorough and gave me options. I did not feel hurried. I’m 50 years old and my body is changing. Everything she said made perfect sense and opened my eyes a little. She’s great!!!! I am so happy I’ve found a doctor who listens and makes me comfortable.
