Dr. Fu is wonderful, I’ve been seeing her for years because she always makes me feel like she has all the time in the world for me. She listens intently and addresses any and all concerns I have instead of just trying to rush me in and out. I do wish she was a part of another practice as their policies on refills and appointments are difficult and inefficient, but Dr. Fu’s knowledge and bedside manner make it worth it. Worst doctor ever, forgets to refill prescriptions, has forgotten to attend multiple zoom calls I have scheduled through telehealth (I couldn’t get her on the call without having to call and harass the office because she won’t show up multiple times in a row), makes you do unnecessary testing to refill prescriptions so she can bill you for more things (she just refuses to refill mine without telling me so I had to get an emergency refill from pharmacy). One of the best primary care doctors hands down, pays very close attention to details of her patients.

Dr. Fu has been my primary doctor for years. She is just fabulous.

I have been more than happy with Dr. Fu. She always gets back With me or has a staff member get back with me with any Of my questions or concerns. I would be devastated if I ever lost her as my primary.

Very unprofessional, I've told her I don't have an appointment, she said wait! Let the doctor see if my insurance works? I said I could pay in cash and then told me the doctor was not available! When I came in, I should tell me that there was no time, bad place!

Arlene and Dr. Fu have been great! If I ever have any questions, Arlene always makes sure to call back same day and Dr. Fu is extremely nice. Highly recommend! :)
