Was told that she was doubled booked Was seen right away…..fast. Exam fast. Wasn’t the same treatment that I have been used to over the years. Sad……it I was very fast…..as in fast for other cancerous areas. Zap, zap , zap. One zap worked. Prescription she said she would send…..never was sent. Her new assistant was horrible I never left a notice. Until I saw the other notices. So …I need to speak up

I can't believe I'm having to write a bad review on a doctor. I'm only doing this so that others are aware. My first visit with Dr. Guerrero was totally fine. Very pleasant, attentive, not rushed. However, the second visit was a total 180. She was very snippy, rude, and the whole visit was rushed. She wanted to put me on a heavy duty medication when I saw her the first time, but I didn't know what it exactly was until I discussed matters with my father. I decided not to do it due personal and other health reasons. As I explained this to her, she got very angry and even went on to insult my father! I wish I was joking but I'm not. The entire time she kept wanting to just throw medication in my face without even explaining it much just so that she could get out of there. I am never seeing her again. So disappointed. I was referred to Dr. Karen Guerrero by my Primary Care Physician. Contrary to several others, I have never felt rushed and Dr. Guerrero listened to my concerns and responded with the appropriate plan to address my needs. Everyone that I have been in contact with in the office has been very professional.

Unprofessional, cold, felt rushed, never introduced herself to me. The staff wasn't any better. Never go again even though facility is close to the house.

I got the impression I shouldn't be there. Maybe the lady just didn't like me. I felt the appointment was a waste of time. I have been to that clinic before. The general staff is friendly and courteous. I will just have to find another clinic to go to.

I met Dr. Guerrero as a first time patient. She was very kind and listened to the issues I am having and gave great feedback and suggestions. My appointment was quick, but I did not feel rushed at all - exactly what I needed. Definitely will continue seeing her. Also, the staff was very helpful and polite.

The appointment felt very rushed. I also felt like I wasn't even given any treatment options, nor was I told anything about any aftercare. I also didn't really have the opportunity to ask questions. One good thing was that the appointment was quick and I didn't wait too long, but overall bad experience.

DR Karen Guerrero, was a new DR for my husband. We went ot see her for a cyst on his back . the Dr was not friendly at all , seem very cold and she was short with me and my husband, the Staff was not any better. I would not recommend her as a good Dr to see.

Some people are saying that she is getting good reviews from, staff, friends, and family. However, she is not. Her reviews mainly come from patients. Personally, I think she is an amazing doctor. If you have a problem with your skincare, Dr.Guerrero will give you a solution but, it's your job to stick to it.

Dr. Guerrero is an excellent dermatologist. She is exceptionally smart, intelligent, kind and caring. She listens to all of your questions and answers them in a benevolent and/or compassionate tone. If you have any concerns about your skin, Dr. Guerrero is the dermatologist for you. Simply put, she is phenomenal.

I think these 5 star reviews were submitted by office staff, friends or relatives. I have had 2 horrible experiences within the last 6 months. She rushes me through the appointments and does not follow through with what she said she was going to do. She does not return calls even after she requested the calls. Stay away from her.

Would not refill a prescription she prescribed to me unless I booked an appointment and didn't have any for another month. I cannot go without my meds that long.

Dr. Guerrero and staff provided excellent care, gave me several treatment options, and a great treatment plan that I could follow with ease. She is a very caring and awesome health provider professional - I feel less like a patient and more like a family member. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone!

Dr. Guerrero was very friendly and listened to all my concerns. My appointment went very quickly and she addressed all my questions.

Dr Guerrero was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I appreciated the online new patient forms that I could print out. I arrived on time, handed over my paperwork, had my annual skin cancer check, got a quick treatment, checked out and was on my way in under 40 minutes. The staff were also pleasant and efficient. My time with the doctor was easy and not rushed. She listened carefully to what I had to say and explained what was going on in plain english - easy to understand. Excellent experience. Front office staff makes all feel welcome and are very polite and informative. The doctor and assistant are warm and take the time to explain all that is going on and going to happen. Throughout they are constantly talking to the patient to make sure there is no pain and good to proceed. Talk about exceeding expectations!

I seen Dr. Guerrero for a wart on my foot and she was great with explaining the options to treat it. During the treatment she explained what she was doing which helped me.

Very thorough and amazing beside manner! I have seen 3 dermatologists in the past, and she is the only dermatologist who actually really listened to me and understood how bothersome my mild psoriasis was to me. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone with a skin condition.
