Very glad I came here instead of a standard optometrist. Dr. Love has a lot of passion for helping others. Had I gone to a standard optometrist I wouldn't have known the issue was more than I initially anticipated. Thank you to Dr. Love and her wonderful team.

Started my exam right on schedule and completed it fast and efficiently including glasses in less than 40 minutes. My husband and I both had very pleasant experiences as patients on our initial visits with Dr. Love and her friendly staff. Dr. Love was efficient and confident with her examination and was clear with her explanations on her treatments snd expectations.

I love the people there! None of the young people, I don’t know how to interact with you attitude. The people are all warm and engaging. Real old school hospitality. You can’t beat Dr. Love’s level of care. And I’m sure the internet has better prices on frames but it is so worth it to find honest to goodness human warmth. These people are old school real people. The staff was great! The only thing is that I was not satisfied with Dr. Love. I felt like she cared more about my insurance than my actual eye exam.

Dr. Love is an excellent doctor. I have been going to her for over 10 years. She explains everything and takes her time. I highly recommend her.

We were first time patients here and were fortunate enough to get an appointment the same day. The staff and doctor very friendly and thorough. They are accommodating with our unique eye issues and schedule. They are helping us through a very confusing insurance situation. I think we will be happy here.

Super helpful, made a follow up appointment after an urgent care visit thinking this would be routine. Turned out not to be at all, thank goodness I went to an attentive and competent office. Excellent experience, staff and Dr. Love are caring, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. I have a serious eye situation that was easily handled by a thorough exam and honest staff. Large selection on frames and many contact options for us with harder to fill scripts. Office visit was during covid-19, office doing every precaution. I went here because they take Tricare and VSP. They dilate your eyes automatically without finding out if it is necessary for you, which I have been told is just to bill insurance more money. They did this right before the eye exam. It messed with my prescription. If they were going to dilate my eyes, they should have done it after the exam. I stopped wearing glasses. I ended up going to a different place months later. Dr. Rose's prescription was definitely off. I am not far sighted and I no longer have astigmatism. I went here because they take Tricare and VSP.
