Thorough and professional

Didn't feel like I had a thorough exam. Felt rushed. I was only in there for 5-10 minutes. She said she wouldn't charge me for the visit, but I received the bill today. Not the best experience. Giving 2 stars because I've had worse experiences.

Dr. Maloney is an exceptional doctor. I felt cared for, listened to, and well informed in each visit. The care team that work alongside her are well deserving of accolades too. They are kind and professional.

Dr Maloney is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever had. In my brief visit, she was extremely thoughtful and thorough, and it really meant so much. I’m sad she’ll be retiring soon.

Dr Maloney was very thorough w my annual skin check. She asked about my concerns and followed up w a biopsy. She called quickly w the results and referred me to a Mohs specialist, Dr Singh. I’m happy I was able to get in quickly and will be happy to have it as a memory Thanks, Dr Maloney, for being very prompt and explains the Mohs procedure to me. This allayed my fears. Dr. Maloney is WONDERFUL! She’s very knowledgeable, she takes her time with you and really explains everything to you so that YOU understand. She is friendly and personable. And she always answers her phone lol and everyone in the office is great as well. I’m so glad I changed to her location.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Made a referral to another derm who has more equipment to treat brown melanated skin.

Dr. Maloney was very professional, and although nothing could be done at my appointment, she took steps to ad-dress my wishes. For example, she took photographs of my ears to send to physicians who could sew them together, and gave me creme to apply to my afflicted chin. (I afterwards used an antibiotic creme I had at home to heal the affected area, which worked well). very thorough examination by the physician. She also told me about items (as a woman) that I should be aware of not connected to my skin exam.

Dr. Maloney has been extremely professional, caring, and personable throughout my time as her patient, and her team has been just as timely and supportive throughout every interaction. Definitely recommended for anyone seeking a dermatology specialist.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, DISCRIMINATIVE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had the worst experience with this dermatology office. I went for a skin concern and also wanted to get checked for my moles. They mentioned that two of my moles look different. They suggested going back to check on my skin condition and talk about my moles, which I accepted. When I arrived, the nurse didn't even ask about my skin condition and told me that they will remove my moles for a biopsy. I told them that it was not mentioned to me, and they blamed it on me for not understanding them!! The exact sentence of that discriminative nurse was: "Maybe you didn't get it." WTH?? How can someone not understand getting a biopsy? When I asked why I need it, the response was that they may be cancerous. I've been through a biopsy before, and this is not how you learn about getting a biopsy. They are supposed to sit you down and explain to you very well that w

Dr. Maloney was so personable and showed that she really cares about her patients. She takes her work very seriously, made me feel totally comfortable and was respectful of my time.

I loved the professionalism of the staff and Dr Maloney. They handled my issue and it was in and out. I didn’t have to wait at all to see the doctor and the establishment is very clean. Everyone there were Following protocol by wearing masks and staying clean.

I appreciated they she was able to explain the medical terminology so that I could understand it, and that she is completing my prescription but also gave samples for something new.

I was immediately seen, no wait time in the waiting room. Minimal forms. Dr. was very professional but also no assuming and friendly. She did a good job of explaining what she was doing. Minor treatment to an area on my nose, good at for telling the process.

As a former medical worker myself, I appreciate diverse backgrounds and the advantages of multiple perspectives to any health care situation. She was thorough, quickly described and reviewed any findings, and provided my instructions for my next check-up. I am extremely pleased to know that she will be part of my future healthcare team. The front office staff was great when it came to scheduling my appointment and advising me as far as what documents would need to be updated so I knew to come a little early and was prepared for the check-in process. Karen was amazing! She educated me further of my condition & prescribed me medications to help, even providing me a sample to hold me over until all my prescriptions could be filled. Too many times previously I have met with other dermatologists that lecture you about your condition, prescribe you 10+ medications that are far too expensive for anyone to afford, and never follow-up with you after. With Karen though, she was very conversational/a good listener, provided me realistic & affordable prescriptions with discount options, and scheduled a follow-up appointment immediately with me for one month in the future. She was very knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease with the exam. Staff was friendly. I wish I could have gotten a print out of the visit. It would have made it easier to follow the directions she gave me.

I went to this Dr. on a recommendation and in my opinion stay clear away! First she told me I had two precancerous moles. They were VERY tiny but I had them removed anyway. I was left with two substantial scars. Next she told me I may have a tumor on my scalp and needed a CT scan immediately. I really didn't want to subject myself to that amount of radiation and decided to get a second opinion. Another Dr. told me it was just a lipoma and in no way did I need a CT scan!
