Dr. Plymel helped me balance my hormones. She asks all the right questions. The saliva testing was helpful and she spent almost an hour explaining the results and answering all my questions. I felt like she was on my side.

The post below was written several months ago and I am writing again that my most recent visit affirms my belief that she provides quality, personalized care that is unparalleled. Her appointments with patients are conversational and focused on addressing health concerns that most physicians would dismiss. What a refreshing approach to healthcare! Dr. Plymel continues to impress me with her knowledge and care. Dr. Plymel, as a physician, has a unique authenticity which is difficulty to find in today's medical profession. She practices personalized patient care; she listens, she understands and she has solutions based on sound science and chemistry. Dr. Plymel is passionate about her work and deeply cares for each of her patients as individuals. I drive an hour across town for my appointments; her care is worth making the trip and I look forward to my appointments with her.

Dr. Plymel is by far the best doctor I have ever treated with. I have never met a doctor that cares for her patients like her. I have been treating with Dr. Plymel for years and she is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She is one of the smartest doctors I know, she is always learning/researching. My husband also began treating with her and he has never felt better! I recently became very sick to the point I did not know if I would make it, my primary doctor and specialists ran standard blood work which came back "normal" but I was not feeling "normal" and was extremely sick, they blamed it on anxiety, I knew better!! I contacted Dr. Plymel in desperation, explained my symptoms, she ordered tests to determine what she believed I had, and sure enough she was correct! She immediately started my treatment plan and was honest with me that this would take time, maybe up to a year, but she told me I would get better. I cried because I did not think I could go another 9 months feeling this way. But I trusted her. I followed her treatment plan exactly and in 60 days I was feeling better, 75 days I was feeling 99.5% and able to ease up on my treatment plan. Today 90+ days in, I am feeling GREAT! I owe this to Dr. Plymel and my constant prayers!! I honestly do not think I would be here without her. I can't THANK her enough!! Traci her assistant, is the best! She is caring and stays on top of your visits, billing and prescriptions. I highly recommend treating with Elevate Health!

Been suffering with Lyme for a few years! Dr. Plymel prescribed supplements that has improved my health tremendously. Her visits run about an hour ( not the medical standard visit of 7 minutes). She listens and looks at you. Pays attention to patients concerns and truly wants to led you back to health. My first visit with Dr. Plymel was to restart a bio-identical hormone program that I let go during the COVID times. After my visit I knew I had found the right doctor to help me with my health. Within weeks o meeting with Dr. Plymel my health went from perfect to not being able to breath, pains in my stomach, low oxygen levels, swelling etc. I then started a journey in the emergency room, seeing multiple doctors, taking multiple tests, given all types of medication and got no answers and continued to feel awful. At this point I didn't start any testing for my hormones, months went by and I felt like I was never going to feel good again. I then sent an email to Dr. Plymel letting her know that I wasn't able to start my testing because of what I was going thru. Dr. Plymel reached back out to me and got me going on OATS testing, blood work and supplements and I finally felt there was hope. Dr. Plymel is an excellent doctor in field of bio-identical hormones, and is not limited to hormone therapy, she looks at your entire health and makes recommendations based on blood test results and other tests. I would recommend Dr. Plymel.

Dr. Plymel is such a knowledgeable practitioner! As I'm post menopausal, she monitors my hormone and heart health. The care I get is very specific, personalized to my own needs. The Biological hormone replacement and additional supplements she suggests make me able to enjoy my retirement years.

Dr. Plymel is one of the most genuine caring physicians I’ve ever met. Her knowledge and passion to continually learn for the benefit for her patients is exceptional. I’m so thankful for Dr. Plymel. I was extremely inflamed and Dr. Plymel found the source. I felt like the tin man that had been left out in the rain. My joints hurt and I had gained a lot of weight. After 2 rounds of treatment I am already down 18 pounds feeling like a different person. I highly recommend Dr. Plymel. Trust the process!
