Got in and done fast

I just took my husband in for a couple extractions and oh he got them out you can literally see his jawbone on the top cause the said dentist whoever she was pretty much mutilated my husband gums and now gotta wait u til Monday befor I can hopefully get someone to see the mess they made of his mouth I would not recommend this place

Another good experience with this office. All staff from Dr. on down are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Had to wait a while for the Dr. on this appointment but staff assisting did a really nice job of checking in with me and keeping me informed. Makes all the difference when you’re waiting.

Great experience friendly staff great oral surgeon

What a great experience. She knew what she was doing. It only took about 1minutes to bring out my tooth. Though the cost didn't come down .ha

They were all wonderful. They explained everything and went over all costs before starting. There were even able to get me in on the same day I started having pain. Very clean facilities and I felt very well cared for.

The ladies at the front desk were very polite. When I was brought back to the surgery room the nurse was like a robot. She failed to explain what she was doing. Having oral surgery is nerve racking for the first time. She just flew through the motions without showing any understanding of what patient care is. I felt like a number rather than a patient. The Doctor was nice and verified the procedure with me. Once again I felt like a number versus a patient. The Doctor rushed through the process prior to the IV sedation. I felt like they didn’t have time to answer my questions and genuinely didn’t care about me as a patient.

Nice, friendly and quick.

It was a great experience!!!! Dr was amazing, and it didn’t take long, and they took great care with me!!!

I had a tooth extraction at Dr Potaczek’s office with exceptional care. Both the doctor and staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend her office.

Everytime myself or one of my kids has needed anything this is where we go. She has done alot of work for me, I joke with everyone and the atmosphere is always good. Painless is the key and she is the best around. Thank you for always taking care of me!!!!!

I went in to see Dr. Potaczek about a polyp on my palate. My dentist noticed it at my teeth cleaning and check-up appointment,my dentist recommended that I make an a appointment to have an oral surgeon look at it to rule out cancer, she recommended Spencer & Lakes Regional Oral Surgery. When I called Dr. Potaczek’s office to see if I could be seen, I only had to wait a couple of days. I went to my appointment and I was quite nervous because I am a kidney/pancreas transplant patient, ten years out. I have had cancerous skin spots removed over the last few years and didn’t know what she would say. She was so kind and fully explained to me her findings. I shared with her my difficult financial situation and she graciously discussed this and guided me, suggesting an ENT specialist. I followed her advice, and her suggestions are exactly what took place. The multiple experiences that I have had with Dr. Potaczek and her team of professionals have been wonderful! The kindness, patience, and explanation of procedure, as well as the time given to me when I ask novice questions have gone beyond the call of duty. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. My appointment was 10:45 and I didn't get in the chair for an hour due to back-up. I asked only for numbness rather than anesthesia. (Next time I will be sleeping, guaranteed). The extraction itself was awful, the ride home was ok- just bleeding. But when the numbness left the pain was unbearable. I called the phone number for Dr Potaczek's cell phone and immediately she called in a prescription to my pharmacy and I slept like a log last night. The attention to my comfort level was wonderful. Have had several teeth pulled here. I always get gas because I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. They were able to get me in sooner than my scheduled appt because I was having a lot of pain. In and out pretty quickly. Getting a tooth pulled sucks regardless. But if you have to do it, I would recommend going here.

Would not recommend at all. Staff were quite rude. Doctor didn’t understand why I couldn’t have tooth removed without sedation. Was there for a good 2 hours to have the tooth removed in less than 10 minutes. They want money right away. DO NOT GO HERE

For one I am not sure who the doctor was. I don’t know if the worker who brought me to my room was, she was very nice. As of now ,not much pain. Once you could concentrate on me it went very smoothly. There's a big hole,as expected and not much bleeding as of now. If it goes like this I think it will be fine. Have to check with you on the cost of an implant maybe later.Thanks Mike

I have to give the staff a huge thumbs up. I was so nervous but they treat you with respect and dignity. Very efficient extraction and completely pain free. Day 2 and I have followed post op. exactly. Haven't needed anything for pain. Big thanks to the Dr. Potaczek and staff.

3 impacted teeth removed and only ibuprofen for pain. Also, bogus charge on my account for non payment even though I over-paid the day of surgery.

Vey friendly and efficient staff. Dr was very knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone put me at ease because I was nervous and would rather not have any kind of work done in my mouth. Highly recommended! Dr goes above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for. She truly cares about her patients 24/7 .

I am a "big chicken" when it comes to anything to do with dental work. I was so pleasantly surprised with my recent experience involving Dr. Potaczek. She is an exceptionally skilled dental surgeon. I have had much experience with different levels of dental work, and she is the best. There was no pain, and the procedure was completed quickly and professionally. I was so nervous before my appointment, and, once it was done, I have to say that I had no reason to have been nervous.

Most rude people with more excusses than any business I know. Never would recommend them to anyone
