Dr. Karen Singer

My mom went here and this “doctor” botched the entire procedure. First of all, she’s about 75 not 50 like her photos look. Second of all, her website doesn’t even allow you to review it, which is sketchy. Lastly, she was rough with my mom and my mom is BRUISED BEYOND BELIEF. She’s had fillers done before and never bruised this bad. Karen also blamed my mom for being tense and stated that’s why she had bruising. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN.

Wonderful experience with Dr.Singer and her staff! I felt completely comfortable with her and love her attentiveness to detail.The follow up phone call from Dr.Singer was just one example of the compassion that she has for her patients. I highly recommend her!

This was my first experience with lip filler and I super look forward to going back tomorrow! I’m a very anxious gal, and Dr.Singer made it so simple, really really cared, didn’t hurt a bit - and even called me later in the day! I was in to see Dr Singer last year and although I haven’t done a surgery yet, I was very happy with her level of care and explanation. She’s really a women’s plastic surgeon because she is totally relatable. I will be going back to her.

My daughter recommended Dr. Singer to me because I was interested in getting my lips done. My daughter had already been to see her several times and thought she great. I have to agree with her! Not only did her and her staff fully educate me on the different types of fillers, they also helped me choose which one was best for me. I love the filler that is hyaluronic acid-based. It's my fav! With my fast metabolism, I find this one has the most staying power. Everyone processes differently. Dr. Singer also took a look at my augmentation that I had another surgeon do. She was able to fully answer all the questions I couldn't get from my augmentation surgeon. She is very thorough and takes her time. I would recommend her to anyone!

I received a breast augmentation from Karen Singer on Feb 9. She was my second and last consult because I knew I found the right person to handle my ideal look. Upon meeting Dr. Singer, I could tell she was going to care about what I actually wanted within the first few minutes of talking with her. She then examined me and actually asked ME questions about what I knew, what I researched, and what I wanted. The other surgeon I saw basically told me what I should get and didn't leave it up to me to decide. Hanging out with Dr. Singer while going through this process was not only comforting, but it was educational. She embraced my curiosity and answered ALLLL of my random questions. She has the best staff, Stacy in the office, made me feel, within 10 seconds of meeting her, that we were life long friends, to which made me feel even more comfortable. It's so nice to be talked to like a person instead of a patient and that is something Dr. Singer and her team do really well. The staff at the Premier Surgical Center were also amazing, and while Dr. Singer doesn't staff these people (I don't think) the comfort they provided aligned with the brand she has built for herself. Because Dr. Singer rents the surgical space, there is extra fees added to her price for this specific surgery, but i was HAPPPPPPPY to spend the extra money to go with someone I knew was a quality doctor. While I don't plan on having any additional plastic surgery (maybe a syringe or two of lip filler), if I do ever have another procedure done, I will be sure to consult with Dr. Singer first. 10/10 recommend. It should be noted that I am three weeks post-breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier with my results and am anxious to see how my new breasts settle over the next few months. The office professionals are friendly and return your call promptly. Renee is fantastic. I’ve had fillers in the past, this was my first appointment with Dr. Singer . This is the first time I didn’t leave feeling like a pin cushion! I found out the difference between a regular physician and a Harvard MD and there’s a BIG difference. Id be lying if I said the injections aren’t slightly uncomfortable but nothing like the pain I endured with other local physicians. Her technique relaxed me and it was over quickly. The results look natural and I couldn’t be happier! They also offer specials and will let you purchase 1/2 vials. Great experience and I’m definitely returning.

I am visiting Dr Singer once again on the 23rd of this month...but I have gone to her in two different occasions to have filler and she is amazing. The first time I went I was so very nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable. She will also tell you the truth and not try to over sell something you don't need. Excited to be going soon again to her office.

I took down my 2 star review because I gave Dr. Singer a second chance. The first time I went was because they were running a $495 special. Of course, by the time I am done I spent $1800. I saw very little results from the treatment and she and her staff agreed. I was also deeply offended that Dr. Singer chuckled when she read off the list of medications I am on for 2 debilitating sleeping disorders. My medical conditions are by no means funny! The office staff reached out to me and I decide to go and speak with Dr. Singer myself. (one and a half hour drive each way) She apologized for her poor bedside manner and offered to put a little more filler in as the first round did not have good results. I accepted. One month later and I still see little to no results as I have taken before and after pictures. I sent an email to Dr. Singer that included pictures and all she could say was that sometimes the product does not work on some as well as others and maybe a $4500 surgery would help! I think that if Dr. Singer felt I would have better results with a surgery she should haver suggested that before she took $1800 for fillers. She would not offer any of the money I spent back, even though she agreed that the fillers did not get the results she or I expected. Highly disappointed and such a waste of $1800! UPDATE: Your generic reply is bogus as I have emailed Dr. Singer and provided pictures and her only reply is that sometimes fillers do not work on some patients like they do others, but still kept all of my $1800. I bought a Groupon for filler for Dr. Singer's office. I'm always a little nervous when I go to a new location for this kind of procedure, however based on her reviews online I went ahead with it. I am so happy I did! My result was amazing, and Dr. Singer was such a pleasant person on top of it!

I was happy with my results of juvederm. Got all the info I needed prior to coming in. Office staff was Informative and nice. Doctor Singer is Amazing . She does Xeomine and Radiesse on me. I don't look 51 years old mostly thanks to her. Her staff is amazing and her pricing can't be beat. I will post pic after swelling goes down.

Read Dr. Singer's reviews and decided to purchase her Groupon. Thought it would take months to get in as most doctor only do fillers etc once a week, but surprisingly, Dr. Singer could see me the next day (12/29). Having gotten fillers and Botox before I knew the procedure, but dreaded the "up-sell" for a more expensive treatment, double what I purchased, or after-care' products - but there was none. No one pulled me aside to try and persuade me to buy more. I literally had to ask her if there was anything else I should do and she gave a suggestion for next time. Since I usually bruise badly I was expecting it, but she said to not touch the areas for three hours and to elevate the head when sleeping that evening; what a difference that made. Dr. Singer also called me that evening to see how I was and ask if I had questions. Have never been to a kinder, more experienced, highly qualified (Harvard University) practitioner. Her office is about 50 miles from where I live, but I won't go anywhere else. Prices are great: one Groupon Juvederm Ultra Plus and regular price 20 units of Xeomen (Botox) totaled $608. Dr Singer was very thorough from the initial consult through the follow up visits. She explained everything to insure a safe and speedy recovery.
