Dr. Sayad is my family physician. He is a deeply caring and gentle man who spends time not just treating acute issues, but helping you develop a plan and priorities. He spends time with his patients and carefully goes over each detail. You may wait some extra time, but it is worth it in my opinion. He works very hard and stays late until last patient is seen. I think Dr. Sayad is what physicians used to be. If you are looking for instant gratification and prefer doctors offices that operate like revolving doors, he may not be a good choice for you. Very disappointed with Dr. Sayad work ethics, make an appointment is waste you time he never sees you at your appointment time my advice if you go to see him take an extra battery charge for you phone be ready to spent 2 hours seating at the waiting area before you be call. I hope my honest review help you

Overall the place is great Awesome Doctor! but the staff are preety rude overall great place!

I've known Dr Sayad for over 15 years, and he is absolutely great in his specialty (Gastroenterology) and as a primary doctor as well. He truly cares for his patients and gives the upmost attention.

Dr Sayad is one of the best doctors in his specialty. He has been my doctor for many years and I value his professional opinion and advice. He also took care of my mother for many years until her passing. Dr. Sayad is a wonderful and warm person, professional and knowledgeable and so is his staff.

Very caring, warm, attentive doctor. Always available and knows medicine inside out. Always explains everything and never rushes you. Recommend him highly.

very rude staff, after waiting time of more than one hour and fifteen minutes, i asked the staff when I will see the doctor, they replied that he busy with other patients, and there are at least 4 more patients before me, when i questioned that because there were only two patients in the office, and I requested that they tell me what is the approximate wait time to see the doctor they replied " we don't give approximate time, you just wait till we call you, or you can leave". when the other patients started complaining too the front desk girls yelled that they don't care about appointment, and when you come to this office you just wait till the doctor can see you or you don't come to this office there are other doctors. very rude staff, after waiting time of more than one hour and fifteen minutes, i asked the staff when I will see the doctor, they replied that he busy with other patients, and there are at least 4 more patients before me, when i questioned … More

Dr. Sayad is a great doctor. Very attentive and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. It is unfortunate I cannot say the same of some of the office staff. While some are very professional and efficient, others are rude and not welcoming. An attitude of "it's not my problem" and "it will just have to wait" is pervasive and takes away from the overall experience of visiting Dr. Sayad. Dr. Sayad is a great doctor.
