Kathleen Ann Arbuckle

My session consisted of her literally interrupting me and talking over me MULTIPLE times to the point where I had to raise my voice and ask her to please allow me to finish my sentence, twice. She kept talking about her personal life, her sons, and told me that ADHD people have larger distances between synapses in their brains. Completely inaccurate medical information. I asked her multiple times for strategies to work for my ADHD and she said "You're just going to have to find the motivation." I ended up hanging up the call halfway through my session, in tears. I did not pay for a therapy session to be mocked for my disability, given inaccurate medical information, treated poorly, and have a therapist who thinks this is all about her and talks about her personal life. That's completely irrelevant to my mental health. I could not possibly recommend her less. Save yourself time, money, and heartache and see an actual professional.
