Rude staff! Was hung up on, called back and she huffed and puffed like it’s an inconvenience to do her job and answer callers questions.

She needs to retire. Did not care for her at all. She never explained anything. Would just say your child is getting vaccines and not even tell you which ones. Also sherry in front desk has horrible manners and is completely clueless. The office has no hand sanitizer anywhere and often no soap in restroom. Not happy with doctor,front desk,or office. I feel Dr.Kilpatrick takes great concern when treating my 10 year old daughter, she's very thorough when examining my daughter and has her best health issue in mind when there is a diagnosis as well as referring her to specialist.I'm glad I lucked up to have her for my daughters pediatrician.Dr.Kilpatrick & staff are very kind ,if their having a bad day you cant tell.The wait time is little to none .I feel confident now I made the right choice after getting fed up with others that we kept getting the run around.my children's health is of great importance to me as it would be to any mom.I would recommend Dr.Kilpatrick 1000 times over.

Awesome Doctor!!!!!

Great pediatrician, can't find another one like her, wish I could've kept her but unfortunately I had to move from the area. Been having a hard time trying to find a new pediatrician that measures up or is as just as good of a doctor that she was to my little one. Also some of the staff is pretty friendly too.
