She's a great doctor.. Our family doctor for over 20 years

Dr.Mencel is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to what I have to say and is always so positive. Also Dr.Mencel is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am so glad my coworkers recommended her to me. It’s been the best decision to switch doctors now over 2 years ago. Best doctor and amazing staff that is also so kind. Dr. Mencel is a wonderful doctor with a staff that is equally amazing. For the few times I really needed to see Dr. Mencel they have always managed to accommodate me. I highly recommend Dr. Mencel

Doctor Mencel is one of the best doctor's we ever had! Always have time to hear your concerns , very pleasant and caring. We have been going to her practice for over 10 years and we were never disappointed, always got good advice on health issues. A+++

Dr Mencel has an amazing bedside manner. She is very caring, and I appreciate her attentiveness. All Dr's should be as caring. and her staff is equally as sweet

Dr. Mencel is the best Dr. that I have ever had. If I need an apppointment right away, I usually get one. I was sick for months and months, and was just getting worse. To the point that I couldn't get up and go to work; even just walking to my kitchen wiped me out and I felt like I was on deaths door step. Dr. Mencel did a slew of blood tests, and a couple days later when the results came back, she thought she knew the problem. She told me a couple things to change in my diet, and told me what to avoid. I did exactly what she said and I was like my old self in just a couple weeks. I truly believe that Dr. Mencel saved my life. Another time she was able to get me an immediate appointment for a test at the hospital, and a couple days after that, she called me to say that she believed that I needed to see a specialist for surgery, and she was able to get me in to see him the next day, even though he didn't have office hours that day. The morning of my surgery, the surgeon informed me that Dr. Mencel had just stopped in to discuss my surgery. It felt good to know she cares enough to take the time to do all of that. I will never go to her again. I had to get an abcess lanced, and she insisted she could do it. It was soooo painful and SHE COULDN’T!! She ended up sending me to another doctor in the middle of the procedure!!!!!!!! Like, “oops guess I can’t handle it— go to him, and don’t eat anything in case you need surgery!” WHAT?! She tells me this as she hands me a business card and guides me out the door all while her gloves are covered in blood, mine, and all while I’m crying. It ended up being ok, bc I went to the other doc. And he even said “I told her to just send me patients with this, I know exactly what I’m doing.” And he did. I get she needs practice— but not on ME or anyone I know! A good doctor KNOWS when they need to send a patient elsewhere so that the patient can get the right care. Not ignore what’s wrong or, TRY doing it when you’re not confident you can— that’s negligence and clearly shows she doesn’t look as her patients as human lives that she’s caring for. She looks at them like her own personal guinie pig— no thanks. NEVER AGAIN! Find a different doctor if you want one that actually cares about your health and not their money they make off of you. She is untrustworthy, dishonest, and I wouldn’t trust her to examine my dog. I’ll never forget my first apt with her where I asked her to recommend a theripist, and she said “you don’t need that” and then wrote a prescription for antidepressants— upon first meeting! I never filled them, and that put me off. However... some of my family still went to her so I did as well. She was nearby and always available for an apt— but that is bc she’s a horrible doctor! SOO not thorough at all && says “you’re young” to everything you bring to her as a concern. Gross. We recently found out that a TEST SHE GAVE a loved one TWO YEARS AGO showed a disease on it, and she never told her. I was there in the room when the results were shared MENCEL'S words were “you don’t have what I thought you did, you’re ok.” Come to find out from an ER dr two years later that this test showed my loved one's disease and it could’ve been different if handled two years ago. Needless to say we lost my loved one due to MENCEL’S lack of care, unprofessionalism, dishonesty and evasivism & lack of care. It is SOOOOOO sad to think that people trust their lives with her, because to her you are just another $$$ not someone she actually cares for. Amazing And companionate Dr. been goingto dr. Mencel for over 10 yrs. love her

Dr. Mencel is such a caring doctor , she was able to see me quickly , on a day that she was fully booked. She gave me tips and much needed information about Bell's Palsy which I had. She is a very caring, compassionate doctor! She explains everything to you and let's you know everything will be okay. Thank you Dr. Mencel !!!

Nice, smiling lady Dr. Mencel had enough time to discuss my points and to check my health. Advised me proper specialists. Is not keen to over-medicine you.

One may have to wait a while at dr.Mencel’s office but be assured you will NOT be rushed when she meets & evaluates you & your needs . She is very experienced. She listens to your concerns & is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mencil has a consultative practice style. She give the patient the information, and they make decisions together about what is best for the patient.

Dr. Mencel is an amazing doctor! I cannot thank her enough for helping me get rid of my acne. I have tried other remedies and have seen dermatologists for this issue. Only Dr. Mencel cared about my internal health as opposed to fixing the problem at the surface. Very grateful for her services!

I absolutely love Dr. Mencel. What a great doctor. Her bedside manner is yet to be matched by any other professional in the medical field.

Dr. Mencel is BY FAR the best doctor. I live an hour away now and still kept her as my primary care physician. She listens, takes her time, and explains everything.

Dr. Mencel is unlike any other doctor I have come across. She REALLY listens and is in tune with her patients. You feel she truly cares about her patients and I like her holistic approach to people and their health issues. I found her to be excellent diagnostician! I have already recommended Dr. Mencel to my family and friends. And I am a person that truly hates going to the doctor unless I am very sick. Oh, and her staff is very nice and helpful!
