Dr. Kathryn K. Najafi-Tagol

I have a serious eye problem which can't be cured but the symptoms can be relieved by botox treatments. I had made an appointment for the treatment three months in advance. I arrived early for my appointment and after sitting in the waiting room for about 45 minutes one of the staff members came out to tell me that they did not have any botox. Why couldn't they have notified me the previous day of this situation or at the least informed me on my arrival so that I did not have to waste my time in the waiting room? This is not the way to treat a patient!

Physician and Surgeon Kathryn Najafi earned my trust and confidence beginning with the first visit. Her team of technical assistants were equally impressive. They were especially attentive in taking COOVID 19 precautions. Had cataract surgery on both eyes two weeks apart. No discomfort with either eye following surgery. As the old song goes, "I can see clearly now...".

Everyone at the office are friendly and professional. They explained the entire process so that I was able to understand and feel comfortable. Dr. Najafi is a great doctor and I highly recommend her to my friends.

A very easy and comfortable procedure; i felt as though i had given a chance to lie down and have a little rest and get up and go, ha ha. Scheduling: top marks for sure for the scheduler who always returned calls, and assisted with any questions. I think some return calls may have been after the scheduler's day.

I had cataract surgery 10 days ago. It was so easy - quick and painless. The worst part were the many drops several times a day. Vision is great.

Best Doctor ever

Dr. Najafi's attention to detail, warm, caring manner and level of expertise has given me full confidence in her and her staff. I recently had cataract surgery - both eyes, and am now seeing better than I have in my lifetime. Dr. Najafi has performed numerous sight-saving procedures on me, and I can't recommend her strongly enough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Najafi for years. She is extremely knowledgeable as a doctor not only in Ophthalmology but general medicine. katy shows a lot of love for all her patients. Unlike my general practitioner that hardly spend any time with me, she spends as much time as I need. Katy is also the co-inventor of the leading product for Blepharitis. I cannot say enough about her. I totally trust her diagnosis and opinion.

I went in for Chronic Dry Eyes.She offered a machine that "might " help LipiFlow.Completely useless and her assistant didn't know how to use it.$1750!!!!! Don't feel desperate enough to let them do it to you.

I have been going to Dr. Najafi0Tagol for years and she has done surgery that made me feel comfortable and was very exceptional, she will be doing my catarac surgery with special lenses on one eye and measurments on the other. I have no nervousness at all about this as she is performing it!!!

I have been a patient of dr Najafi's for 8 years. She is a really good eye Doctor, I would recommend anyone to go to her. She specializes in cataract and Glaucoma Surgery. I have Gaucoma and she is very Particular and really cares a lot about me the patient.

I took my old father to dr. Najafi to have his eyes examined for cataract, and i was so pleased with the degree of care, attention to my father particular issues. My father has become very difficult to deal with , but Dr. Najafi attended to his every need and concern with kindness and extra care. The operation was done successfully by Dr. Najafi and the post operation visits all went really well. My father has been very happy ever since with his vision and always says nice things about his experience with Dr. Najafi. So i felt i need to share this with all those who are looking to select a doctor to care for them or their loved ones. We highly recommend her.

I have known Dr. Najafi for many years as a patient and I also have referred many of my family members to her. She did my cataract surgery and I have to say that I am very happy with my vision. For the first time in my life I can see clearly with out my thick glasses and it is all because of Dr. Najafi. She is very kind and caring and would recommend her to any one who needs a good ophthalmologist.

She has a crisp and professional style and she is clearly competent, but the office is not as well-run as she (and I) would like. I also found her cold, personally. She could could learn how better to relate to her patients as people. I felt that the personal touch and interpersonal warmth was missing.

Dr. Najafi is the best. She is very caring and smart. She helped me when I was in extreme eye pain and I am very happy that I found her. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
