Dr Bahmanpour is knowledgable and trustworthy. I felt listened to and well-taken care of. His front office staff, mainly Diana, should not be working for this great physician and his geriatric patients. I have never encountered such a rude unprofessional, incompetent individual working in a professional atmosphere.

Great service! Doctor Bahmanpour has been my PCP for over 4 years. Him and all the staff are always attend to my needs. It is nice to have such a competent team.

His staff refused to process my paperwork as a HMO and kept sending it as a PPO. I had the insurance company call them and they hung up on them too. Dr seemed nice staff could not process paper work properly so I just have to go to a different Dr. Shocking how rude their staff was over the phone.

Absolutely recommend the office of Dr. Bahmanpour! He is professional, thorough, nice, and informative. The front office staff is also a 10/10. The sweetest ladies who genuinely want to help you and offer you the best experience. The only negative I see is, the office isn’t updated/modern. If you care about that stuff. DR. Bahmanpour is one of the best doctor we’ve ever seen. He is so kind, very professional, knowledgeable, explains things well, patient and never makes you feel like he’s in a rush. We are very pleased with the service from everyone in the office and especially Dr. Bahmanpour.Thank you

Dr. Bahmanpour is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. Also, SherlyMed staffs are really great. They care of patients in a professional way and incredibly kind and responsible for their job. Dr. Bahmanpour is solid. He's good at his job. That said, his office staff is terrible. They flat out lied to me. They lied to my pharmacy. Furthermore, they tried to mislead me regarding when I needed appointments. I'm totally frustrated, I wish I could see Dr. Bahmanpour, but I'm not willing to compromise my health based on the lack of experience and competence of his staff. It makes no sense for me to go back to his office if his staff acts in a totally rude and unacceptable manner. I don't understand why they would lie to me, lie to my pharmacy, and on top of that, when I called them out on their lies, why would they try to mislead me? When I directly proved they lied, they backed down, and were willing to help, but why should I have to fight the office staff for my health? Shouldn't their number 1 priority be my health? Dr. Bahmanpour is caring, patient, and has an office staff that is always available and answer all of our questions. The office staff are prompt and work with our pharmacy to get all medications filled. Overall we have had a great experience working with Dr. Bahmanpour.

Amazing, the Staff and Dr Bahmanpour are remarkable. I questioned if I actually visited a Doctor's office. The ladies at the front desk are polite, professional, happy plus outgoing w/ responding to all questions immediately. They actually called local facilities to seek a lower price for an epidermal. WOW. My best experience EVER. Of course, the Doctor is remarkable also, answered every question with numerous suggestions to curtail the pain of ITBS. Dr. Bahmanpour is the most outstanding doctor I have ever met. I wanted to find a new doctor for my husband whose previous doctor was paying very little attention to his care. My husband is 77 and has mild cognitive impairment causing memory issues. Dr. Bahmanpour took 2 hours with my husband on his first visit, immediately building a wonderful caring rapport. Following the visit, he referred my husband to a cardiologist (he has always had a heart murmur, and Dr. Bahmanpur was concerned about what he heard. He also referred him to a podiatrist and urologist who were all excellent. If it were not for Dr. Bahmanpour and his referral to Dr. Mehranpur, the cardiologist, we would not have known that my husband has a damaged heart valve that needs attention. My husband had prostate cancer 15 years ago and was never sent to a urologist after his radiation treatment, even though at that time he was stage 4. The urologist, Dr. Bidair also made some important discoveries. He is also working closely with Dave's neurologist to keep watch on my husband's mild cognitive impairment. After all the doctor's visits, we had a second visit with Dr. Bahmanpour to review all of the findings and he is keeping close contact with us ever since. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Bahmanpour and his wonderful and very caring staff. I highly recommend Dr. Bahmanpour as the best geriatric doctor imaginable. Dr. Bahmanpour and his staff are very caring, pleasant and professional. Following an issue that we had his staff immediately called and scheduled the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bahmanpour and gif staff to whoever is looking for a trustworthy , kind and knowledgeable family doctor .

Very bad experience with the doctor office especially when his wife answer the phone and she doesn't know what the hell she is doing. I recommend that the doctor to keep her much better home because she will ruin his practice.

Had a decent experience but they had me get some lab tests done, and now it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard from them about my lab results and they won’t answer any of my emails. Dr Bahmanpour is one of the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. He is very patient and puts so mush time for my visit . My two kids and I went there and we were very satisfied with him and his staff. They are absolutely very professional and experienced

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bahmanpour this week in urgent care and was very impressed. He is a great doctor who is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and spends time with his patients to try and figure out the problem instead of just rushing through the issue. I am beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Bahmanpour and his staffs. My first contact was with Negar and I was completely blown out by how knowledgeable and helpful she was, and how her knowledge helped me to best use of my insurance. She also contacted to specialist to make an appointment as soon as possible. A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have administration like her. My appointment ran on time. I'm so glad we found Dr. Ronaghy's office. He's so cool and helpful.

Dr. Ronaghy is a pure caring loving soul. I feel so blessed to know him. I first found him randomly when I was dealing with a critical health issue. I called his office on a weekend and got his emergency cell phone off of the answering machine. I called him and he was so helpful and caring. He offered to come to his office just to see me because of my severe issue although it wasn't an emergency. Any other doctor would have told me to go to urgent care. Needless to say I've been going back to him ever since. I wish from the bottom of my heart that he remains healthy for many more years. Dr. Ronaghy is a pure caring loving soul.
