Meeting with Dr Birchard for the 1st time today was a good experience. He was thorough and explained things well. Also answered all my questions and offered lots of info along with advice. The staff there was also friendly and helpful.

Dr. Birchard did a knee replacement on my left leg over a year ago. A few weeks ago I turned and heard a pop in that knee. Today I saw Dr. Birchard about it. He is a very thorough and so caring. He doesn't rush you through.

Always a friendly staff. Dr, Birchard explained everything along the way, asked about my well-being on follow up appointments. The pre-op assistants also gave lots of information and always asked if I had any other questions! Everything went REALLY smoothly. 8 weeks out I only have a slight twinge when I put all my weight on my left side!!!

Dr. Birchard thoroughly and competently examined my right knee 13 months after replacement surgery. My prosthetic knee was making popping sounds and felt unstable, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Birchard. After reviewing the Xrays and manipulating my knee, Dr. Birchard removed 80 cc of fluid from my knee and prescribed physical therapy for 4 to 6 weeks.

I appreciate how Dr Birchard keeps it real while inspiring you to meet all necessary challenges proper healing. He’s very knowledgeable & confident.

Dr. Birchard understands how pain can affect someone’s life. I went to another doctor who didn’t really seem to care. Dr. Birchard did my hip replacement 8 months ago and now I am back for knee replacement.

It was good to get in timely and got as good a diagnosis as one could get on a short-term basis

Dr Birchard is a great surgeon. I had a total knee replacement 11/2020 and couldnt be happier I am preparing now for my second knee replacement with them very soon. I reccommend him and his wonderful staff. They are all proffessionals as well as caring and compassioate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have always received great care with Dr Birchard and his staff. I have never had issues making appointments or using my insurance. Usually my wait time once I arrive is 10-15 minutes but I have had a few times I had to wait 30-60 minutes. Dr Birchard always answers any questions I have and makes sure I understand everything before I leave.

Do no expect this Dr. to care about you, as a person. This is a Get um-in and get um-out Dr. Do not ever speak your mind, question your care, or God forbid, be a Strong Woman who also happens to be PTSD and cannot always "hide it". This is not a "nice" Dr. This Dr. may know what he is doing, as a Dr. but as a Nice Person, he failed miserably. Left, in tears, many times. I had PTSD panic attacks & have documented this very well. Just please do not expect normal Dr. Compassion.
