Mr. Keith Daines Hammond

In November of 1992 I went to Dr. Hammond with a chipped front bottom tooth. He was kind, efficient, and best of all: the repaired tooth has looked perfect and shows no signs of weakness 27 years later. Very impressed - thank you Dr. Hammond!

I was almost a patient. For a new patient with a loose tooth I was able to get an appointment the next business day. Good. I was given a packet which included health and financial questionnaires. Many of the medical questions I thought invasive and were not related to the physiology or treatment of dental problems. The financial questions were also more probing than I would have imagined necessary. I concluded that Dr. Hammond might have had a high number of unpleasant patient encounters.
