Keith A Jackson

This is not about Dr. Keith himself but the admin staff at the front. I received a phone call this morning from one of the front desk ladies (Veronica), who was returning a call to me but nearly hung up on me when I said I was on the other line with my psychiatrist. Mind that it doesn’t seem to be easy to get a hold Of anyone anymore these days.. Very short and rude, there is no patient “care” if you do not stop to actually try and help them. Only cared about what she had to do next instead of what was currently happening. It almost felt like I was being denied care because I had said something to her about not hanging up on people before they have a chance to speak, which she almost did.

Dr. Jackson and his staff were kind, considerate, and professional. Dr. Jackson resolved an issue other doctors had missed. I’m so grateful for the professionalism and care I was given.

I am not sure who the 1 star reviews saw, but it was NOT Dr. Kieth Jackson I saw today. Excellent and professional staff. Dr. Jackson was very professional, explained everything as he did the exam. Listened to what I had to say, and at no time did he rush me or seem disinterested in what I had to say. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Highly recommend. Last year I went to Dr. Jackson as I had a deviated septum and had trouble breathing. The whole process was seamless from the original consult to the outpatient procedure to the post op follow up. I am the healthcare field and I am extremely picky when it comes to selecting the a provider that has right combination of clinical knowledge and bedside manner. Very nice staff and The Dr. is very good .

The few negative reviews are a puzzlement to me. Dr. Jackson ALWAYS has treated me with dignity and respect and ALWAYS takes the time appropriate to meet my needs. I have chronic ear problems and for years suffered through my issues, and felt things would never improve. Once I was treated by Dr. Jackson my whole outlook changed for the better. Came in with cough and sinus congestion. He was disinterested and was not helpful. Did not have any recommendations for treatment or referrals to other specialties. Very flat personality as well.

Always has time... Never rushes through the appointment. The best.

Dr. Jackson was so short and brief. It felt like he had more important obligations than meeting with me. 1st appointment I shouldve requested a change of doctors. I went through with my tonsillectomy and they gave me an Rx that wasnt working for me and they did not want to give me the right one for me. Let alone they didnt want to prescribe anxiety meds when I was having anxiety attacks. Then I requested the right medication the office never called me to let me know to pick up my prescription form. This has been a horrible experience and Ive been in so much pain and the Dr. doesnt even care to check on his patients post-op. Horrible experience. Call other doctors. Excellent doctor. Listens and answers questions well. Very professional but friendly. Good staff--very helpful in locating source of inexpensive hearing aids. Don Worley, patient

Dr. Jackson is great! He never rushes you through an appointment, he listens to what you have to say. He knows what he is doing. I have been a patient of his for more than 5 years and his staff is wonderful.

Dr. Jackson was very knowledgable, kind, and gentle. He listened to what I had to say. He let me know what to expect before my procedure and made sure I knew how to correctly take the medication he prescribed. I left his ofc with peace of mind. I have full confidence in and highly recommend Doctor Jackson :)

I do not generally review businesses, but my experience with Dr. Keith Jackson and his office was so exceptional, I felt compelled to share it. Not only did he completely cure my problem, but he and everyone in his office are amazingly nice, easy to deal with and genuinely caring. I never waited in the waiting room or the exam room. They dealt with several of my scheduling issues and insurance issues. The office manager, Dulce, is great. The day of my surgery Dr. Jackson was awesome and I feel like a new person after having it done. I highly recommend this doctor!
