I was scared of going to the dentist, especially with all the bad experiences I have had in the past BUT I can honestly say, I now drive from Pembroke Pines to Coral Springs just to go to a dentist! Everyone here is so kind and helpful! I’m currently getting a series of fillings done, my previous dentistry would inject anesthesia and then immediately get to drilling, which I had assumed was normal. I would dread getting fillings due to the pain. Ever since coming to Dr. Keith Schwartz, it has been completely painless & the results are incredible!!! I mentioned to him that I never knew this could be a painless process, to which he informed me, after the anesthesia is injected, the drilling shouldn’t begin until about 5 minutes later. I was completely shocked to find that out!!!! He takes his time & ensures that youre comfortable throughout the entire process. I am so beyond thankful to have become a patient here. He is professional and thorough, beyond knowledgeable in his profession with amazing “chair side” manner and a great sense of humor that puts you at ease. I’ve been seeing Dr. Schwartz and Victoria for over 6 years—I am always treated respectfully and kindly. Dr. Schwartz is an excellent dentist, and always willing to answer questions. He also did my Invisalign treatment and my teeth look awesome!

The staff in this office , the ladies there, are all rude, nasty,, crooks, and have OCD ! Dr. Schwartz is nothing out of this world!!!! Plus, they charge a fee of $18, for PPE ! The insurance company does not cover this. If you are smart, you will run the other way!!!

For over 20 years I was a patient in this practice. While the front office staff was always a problem, rude and inconsiderate, I stayed with the practice because of its convenience to my home. Dr. Schwartz is nothing special, just a run of the mill dentist. Last month he started treating me for a root canal and eventually a crown. One day prior to my scheduled visit, I was advised of potential contact with a positive tested employee at my office. In an effort to be fair and transparent to the Drs office, I cancelled the visit and explained why. It didn't take 5 minutes for Toni, the Drs wife, to call me and basically fire me from the practice for cancelling the appt. When I asked why, she said, "it's just not working out". What a joke. Two days later I tested negative for Covid. Obviously, they dropped me due to my notice of possible exposure to Covid-19 and/or because of my cancellation, Dr. Schwartz now had an open time slot in his schedule with no one to bill. I find it absolutely disgusting and unethical, that a Dr., in the middle of a patient's treatment" tell the patient don't come back and find another dentist to finish the job. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Florida Board of Dentistry and the Florida Dept. of Professional Regulation. The Dr. and his staff should be held accountable for their unprofessional actions and conduct. First time visit. Staff was great and worked with my schedule. Office was clean and had mitigation for COVID. They wanted me to get a new crown. I was not really sure if I needed a crown, so I got a second opinion somewhere else after my visit here. I just got it cemented back in cause they said it was fine. I just applied some common sense to the diagnosis. Maybe it was too over cautious by the dentist is to give him the benefit of the doubt. Crowns are expensive and 3 visits of my time. Sometimes less info is more. I probably should not have said how old it was. I have learned that pleading poverty is always better at any doctor office. Also a little pricey compared to others.
