Dr. Keith Andrew Weaver

When I went back, I was given a 2 p.m. appt, got there at 1:50. Let them know I was there and waited. After 30 min., I called again and the girl said "well your appt. is 2:45"! I said no, it was 2. She agreed, and said well, you'll be next. 15 min. later I went into the office and told them I couldn't wait in a hot car any longer. By this time I was pretty upset. Then the nurse takes me to a room and starts preparing a drug test cup. She thought I was there for a controlled substance. Dr. Weaver was very rude, refused to tell me the results of a bone density scan I had, and would only give me 1 month refill on my bp drugs to give me tie to find a new doctor. He obviously didn't care about my well-being. Compassionate, my foot. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was a patient, and after my visit in late February which was a sad waste of money (it was quick in and out without really trying to listen to my concerns) and TRYING for over an hour to call and make an appointment today, I just gave up and went to the ER. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Ever. And as far as my being a patient with Compassionate Healthcare, no more! His goal is to see as many patients as quickly as possible (there are signs plastered all over the lobby staying this: "you must schedule another appointment for more questions") to profit the most. Those signs are a joke and tell you only one thing: "I'm in it for the money!" Not a good doc or good practice in my opinion. Spend money with healthcare PROFESSIONALS who care! I do not recommend Dr Weaver because my son was sick and having a lot of seizures and Dr Weaver would not straight admit my son to the hospital and he wanted to put my son in a behavioral health center forhis seizures and everything

If I could give negative stars, this office would get a few. I recently moved from Nashville to Chattanooga, and being a type 1 diabetic, I'm in bad need of an endocrine /diabetic specialist, found this office on Google. I called, explained my situation, informed them I'm out of insulin. I was told to get a referral from my last Doctor. After an hour and a half, 4 calls, being either hung up on, and left on hold forever, I tapped out. I talked to BOTH of the office staff, neither had enough compassion or thought to even offer for me to come in, or even help me contact my old office for paperwork. I can't help but wonder if all their patients get this treatment, and if Dr. Weaver is aware. Well, he will be now, and I'm still in need of a Doctor, the hunt continues. Don’t listen to the naysayers that are posting negative reviews. I almost let their reviews keep me from going there. But we have never had a more personable, caring, & down-to-earth doctor than we have now in Dr. Weaver and the entire office at Compassionate Health Care. I recommend this to you & yours. I love Dr Weaver, but his staff is awful. I came back after years bc the last time I was in there, the same thing happened. It’s impossible to get a call back when results for any tests come in. Unless, of course, you call repeatedly and leave voicemails. I was told a rx would be sent in over a month ago- never happened. I had to ask in person (no response), call twice- leaving voicemails, only to get a text from my pharmacy that it was ready. A week later I got a call asking if I picked the medication up. Who does this? We go in to the Dr, trusting our health to them- and we get zero response. On 9/25/19- I called, AGAIN, to ask if the thyroid ultrasound results could be faxed to a new dr, since no one in the office is capable of calling me with a plan of care or results. I’ve been told since 9/18 (test was 9/17) that they had nothing. This woman calls me back an hour later and asks for a fax. NO ONE HAS EXPLAINED MY RESULTS. And I landed in the ER as a result.

Thier staff at the front desk cant process problems and play favorites. I asked why i haven't been seen because i came in 30 minutes early and they quickly showed dislike for me being there early. 6 people were processed that came after me . So I asked at 11 when I would be seen and she said she didn't know and why didn't I asked the nurses. Which she was very rude. At 11.15 ask why I still haven't been weighed or anything she didn't know and refused to find out. I set a new appointment and then was called and dismissed from the practice. If I could give this so called doctor 0 stars I would, sadly that's not an option. He was my doc for about 3 years and not once can I remember him ever actually listening to me, he never spent more than 4 minutes in my room, he was always condescending, he has no compassion. I went in there after an ER visit for several kidney stones because I couldn't get into see my urologist for over 3 weeks. He completely dismissed my reason for being there, I overheard him talking to his staff about me saying that I just wanted drugs...nevermind the fact that I had the imaging showing that I had several stones on each side, I could barely walk, I had tears running down my face and neck, I couldn't eat or drink because the pain was so bad, and I was pissing blood! I also went to him for what I thought was a cold or sinus infection...he didn't even examine me and just told me to take some Claritin...I ended up in the hospital less than 24 hours later with pneumonia! Very poor business and even worse customer service from billing department! Overcharges clients and denies ever receiving emails/voicemails/phone calls from multiple occasions. They will charge you for extra visits to get test results from prior appointments. As others have mentioned, you can clearly hear the staff talking about their patients while you wait for the DR to come in. Very poor business ethics and definitely did not resolve health issues that were originally seen for! Do yourself a favor and find another physician!! The staff was extremely unprofessional. Including the doctor himself. I could hear their gossip about other employees in the waiting room. There were at least 2 or 3 other people waiting and listening as well. When the nurse weighed me and took my height she told me "you'll like this room, you can hear everything that goes on". She was absolutely right. I could hear her and the other employees uncomfortably clear. After Dr Weaver stopped socializing with them he finally came into the room. He seemed impatient and annoyed that I was there in the first place. Me being aware that everyone on the other side of the door could hear me, made me weary and i was unable to answer the Doctor honestly. I felt as if I were being talked about after I left. I called the office a couple of weeks later with a concern about my prescription. The nurse called me back 3 days later with the excuse that she somehow didnt get the voicemail, all while making me feel dumb for the concerns I had. I just wanted to make sure I hadn't been forgotten read doctor's previous reviews they have tried to fix them but he has more negative than positive it keeps going on I've heard through verifiable office staff.

Unfortunately I did not get to see the doctor. I did encounter the office staff and they lack basic customer service skills and are very rude. I spoke to the office manager because I really did wish to see the doctor but she also was rude. When I returned to work I told my office of how I was treated and the entire situation just to clarify that I wasn't overreacting they also agreed that they too would be very upset. I will not recommend this office to anyone. I will be going to the Galen doctors. Unfortunately I did not get to see the doctor. Dr. Weaver is fantastic but his scheduling staff are rude and unhelpful.

My experience with Dr. Keith Weaver was great. He was very helpful to my family and I. I recommend that you see him as soon as possible if you are in need. The environment of this office is comfortable. He does all he can to help. He is understanding.

I recommend this Doctor to anyone struggling with their health. Dr. Weaver helped me a lot. Visit him any chance you get, if you need it of course. He can help with concerns you might have.

Dr. Weaver is an amazing doctor, as a vet, he get things other Dr. do not as he is prior service. However, this office has no office manager or at least didn't have one when I called to complain. Not only is the staff the rudest bunch of people, they committed a HIPAA violation today. If you value your privacy don't go here our whole family will be moving doctors ASAP. I have never seen an office that didn't have a manager that must be part of the problem or they were lying about it. Compassionate Health care is top notch. Dr. Weaver and staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend this faculty for a primary care doctor.

I've been a going here for a while now, I think something like three years. . As far as the negative comments about the staff. Well, they are grossly mistaken. First off a receptionist CAN'T FILL PRESCRIPTIONS . That's why they have a nurses line genius. Deserie (sorry if I misspelled ) is amazing! So is the entire staff. Yes, once in a long while there is a wait. But it's because they strive to give each and every person quality care. They will do the same for anyone! They don't rush you off. As far as being protective about drug screens. ..that's state law! Maybe you should have had a cheeck swab to see how your body breaks down your meds. Or possibly take them as directed..just saying. I like Dr. Weaver - he is a good doctor and pleasant to talk to and if I were just to rate him I would have given 4 stars. His administrative staff (especially Desiree!) is wretched! I have called in prescription refills 2x now (both at least 72 hours in advance) and had the administrative staff completely drop the ball on both occasions. The front desk receptionists are border line rude and no one seems willing to do anything the slightest bit out of their job description or even provide basic customer service. Edit - apparently Compassionate Healthcare has started reading their reviews! I just received a call from the office administrator saying that they were no longer interested in seeing me as a patient because of this review. I have been a patient of Dr. Weaver for around 5 years. He is very down to earth. He is considerate, and very caring when it comes to the need of the patient.

I see Dr. Weaver regularly, and am always very satisfied with the service he offers me. I find that he listens to what I have to say, is always respectful, and does not talk down to me in anyway (which unfortunately I've experienced a lot as a woman under 30). The staff has always been as polite, outgoing, and kind as they could possibly be - helping me with anything I may need. The only 'complaint' I have is that it does tend to take quite awhile to actually see Dr. Weaver - however he spends as much time as needed with me to make sure that all my needs are seen to, and all my concerns are well discussed so I am more than happy to spend a little extra time waiting knowing that I will not be passed over nonchalantly. It is true that the walls are thin, and I have happened to overhear conversations of the staff about patients on occasion - BUT it has only ever been snippets it is not as if it is being blared over a loudspeaker, it has never ever been negative, and no patient has ever been identified and "outed" as it were. I have been a patient of Dr. Weaver's for a year now. I am greeted with a warm smile when I walk through the door his staff is willing to do anything I need and they always call me back. Dr. Weaver is so easy to talk to and he is very through when he ran tests on me making sure he didn't miss anything. I have also seen his nurse practitioner Bobby she is absolutely a wonderful woman. I would not recommend this doctor. His staff is very unfriendly and I came in with depression and he put on a medicine for schizophrenia. His prescription sent me into a horrible state that made me have panic attacks and eventually landed me in a hospital to come off the medication he gave and get on the right medication. When he was told I was having panic attacks he wouldn't give me anything for that, except a blood pressure pill and I have no blood pressure problems. When I asked him why, he treated me as though I was a drug seeker. All I needed was a anti-depressant. His services ended up costing me more than $10,000 dollars in hospital care I would not recommend this doctor.
