If I could give a zero I would. Stay away for your own health and safety. Wresch is in charge at Concentra Rancho-Cucamongo, California and he is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life. Where should I begin? There is so much negative about Wresch that I feel bad for the good people working under him and my stomach feels sick just recalling my encounters with Wresch to write about them. I will leave you with a few minor notes for now. Wresch does not honor the basic medical oath of office. I had horrible experiences with this man and would give zero stars if I could. The culture is such that his office was more concerned with prescribing me opioids they said "for your pain" over and over and over again, than curing my arm injury. I refused the drugs over and over and over again as I have established non-addictive answers to pain. I want to remain in good health and properly, effectively address the health issue that I am here for. With so many people dying from opioid addiction I do not want a Pusher for a doctor. Nor do I want someone who is more concerned with saving money for big insurance than my health and wellness. I know about the kickback's in this industry. I was injured at work. Initially, the work comp doctor believed the pain in my shoulder was due to osteoarthritis, but overlooked the stiffness in my neck. I was sent back to work and the stiffness in my neck turned into flat out agonizing pain. I went back to the clinic where I was in so much pain that I was crying in the waiting room. Dr. Wresch examined me, said that the symptoms were not related to my work injury, all while having a little weasel smile on his face. Luckily the stiffness in my neck was noted during physical therapy. After an MRI, it was discovered I had 3 herniated cervical disks pressing on nerves, which in turn causes shoulder pain. He refused to treat me upon that visit, and I was forced to wait 3 weeks before my scheduled appointment with the orthopedist. 3 weeks of the most intense pain I’ve ever experienced. I lost so much sleep that I was having auditory hallucinations and I couldn’t even use my right arm to brush my teeth. I probably even damage my liver taking so much Tylenol trying to alleviate the pain enough to take a nap. I don’t know if he thought I was acting or if I was chasing pain killers, but he was too inept to actually look at my file and realize I was suffering from textbook compressed nerves. The memory of his little weasel laugh still triggers a spike in my blood pressure. I was injured at work. This physician is why I am thankful a patient can seek out a second opinion. In these opioid-addicted times it understandable that physicians be vigilant for pain-seeking behavior, however, speculation of HOW an injury occurs and personal beliefs relating to the DEVELOPMENT of a symptom (pain) cannot be determined so easily. This MD presents with a poor bedside manner, is rudely curt and dismissive about a patient’s concerns. Specifically, I found his personality to be devoid of compassion. I hope the companies that refer their employees to him find other, more empathetic healthcare providers in the future. This physician is why I am thankful a patient can seek out a second opinion.
