Me and my kids love Dr. Koons she is so patient and caring. She been my daughters Dr. Since birth she is 5 now so I switched both of my boys and my self to see her now was the best choice I made for me and my family...

Dr Koons is a great doctor. Whenever I have needed help with my kids, she's been great with helping, either getting them in for a visit, or recommending solutions to a healthy issue. I appreciate her a lot as my kids doctor.

The entire staff is wonderful.

Dr. Koons has been my doctor for about 18 years, and has been my children's doctor since birth. She is kind, caring and takes time to listen to any issues and such we are having. She is very knowledgeable and my kids are always at ease when they know it's doctor time. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs an amazing Internal Doctor.

Dr. Koons is a very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, thoughtful, and kind doctor. She's wonderful and I'm grateful she has been my primary for the last 15 years.

Dr. Kelli Koons has been my for 20 years now and she is simply the best , that is definitely why I drive over 80 miles each way to see her. Dr Koons is the most caring and compassionate person and gives each patient the best care possible and I ever so grateful to fortunate enough to have her as my doctor.

Thoroughly covered every question I had .

Dr Koons and her nurse are excellent. So glad that SSM Health has dropped the “MANDATORY” mask bs! We all know they don’t work! If you go they do ask you to wear a mask but if you say “no” they won’t argue with you! New policy 5 stars!!!

I have been using Dr. Koons for years now. She listens to what you tell her, which in my opinion is one of the many things that make her such an excellent doctor. She and her staff are all very friendly and get things done quickly. I love MyChart. It is so easy to connect to them at anytime.

Dr koons has been my family’s dr for over 10 years. She has always listened and addressed any family medical issue with so much care. We are so glad to have her as our dr.

Been going here for 20 years and this is the first time for a review cuz I’m not happy! Our normal nurse Heather no longer works there and you can tell! I have never been seen one hour later than my appointment! Things ain’t running as smoothly for sure! The kiosk are disgusting! I watched 5 people check in and no one sanitized after touching that screen! Why would you do a kiosk during a pandemic?
